Well it is in Philly.  That sort of counts for something.  

Russ is great he can overcome the Eagles by himself perhaps.  But Seahawks were a fraud in terms of record this year.  Tons of close games.  A few games they surly should have lost.

Goedert is better than Ertz.  Laugh if you want but it is true if you watch the games.  He is at least in the passing game.  

Seattle isn't banged up?  Who they got running the ball Lynch?  That defense isn't very good anymore.  

I'm not saying the Eagles have been great.  Do they have to be?  They are at home so I was shocked they were 1.5 dogs.  

What makes this Seattle team so scary to you that they should fly across country and go whoop the Eagles?  Russ?  Any other reason?

I too was shocked they were getting points,however my reasoning for picking Seattle was that Philly has been getting gashed by opposing wide receivers and I think Lockett and Metcalf are a good duo to keep the trend going.

More cameras and replays...rooned the game.  Leave the human element in the game.  I wanna start a league like old school football...widen the hash marks...no more plane and cones...a touch down is exactly that...touch the ball down in the endzone.

Cut down rosters...wont have 300lbs playing both ways...

Lockett is a good WR.  He will disappear in games.  A slick 1 catch vs AZ for me in fantasy.

I have not at all said that Seattle is a scary team.

I would take Wilson over Wentz. Lockett and Metcalf over anything philly is trotting out at receiver, including Goedert ( who I like but still don’t view quite as good as ertz just yet). If Sanders plays the eagles have the edge there and probably even if he doesn’t but the eagles pass defense kind of blows.... and I’m not saying the Seattle defense is anything to write home about.

I said I was some what surprised the Eagles were not favored.   Then you came and said well they suck.  So I assumed you were taking Seattle to trounce the sucky Eagles.

I won't doubt it long term.  But just over the last 2 years this isn't really true at all.  

Last year 3 of the 4 away teams won outright.  SEATTLE lost AT the COWBOYS by 2.

Year prior 2 of the 4 away teams won outright.  Saints at home beat Carolina by 5.  Jax beat Bills 10-3 a game the Bills screwed up.  

Pretty much all 8 games seem to be competitive.

it’s all good. I almost took goedert in the geek playoff game for one of my tight end spots but I didn’t like the way the other positions filled out
