My point is that, mathematically, both can be happening.  In other words, fewer people (because Covid already killed a lot off) could be dying at a higher rate, and the net result is still fewer people dying.

I'm not saying that I believe people are dropping like flies from the vax, rather I'm pointing out a flaw in the analysis.

Some of us knew this was happening along with using remdesivir to kill patients. Fauci is simply a murderer. The number of people that actually died of covid is a little higher than an average flu season. Around 100-150k in the US. The rest died of other issues or were finished off by fauci's drirections.

I am in the camp that we won't know the full impact of the vaxxes until we go forward a few years and get more actual long-term data.  To say that the vaxxes were safe in the long term, which the CDC and FDA did, was categorically false, as there is no way to truly tell (particularly for something revolutionary in development) until we start to get actual data -- accelerating things in lab animals is not the same. In other words, I believe that time will tell that the impact is worse than the establishment currently believes.

As of now, I believe that we have seen some impact, but honestly, when your side blames every collapse on the vax, I get kind of deaf to it.

And if you were familiar with the actual studies, you would know that post-vax  myocarditis is far more common in young males than anyone else, so saying “age has never been a factor” is one of the dumber things you’ve said which is saying a lot.  Of course the other factor to consider when deciding who to recommend the vax to is risk of death from Covid, which we know gets exponentially higher as you get older.  So for old people, higher risk of dying of Covid + lower risk of post-vax myocarditis = pretty much a no brainer to get at least 1 or 2 boosters.

Actually it was more like 23k deaths “with Covid” in FL between July-October 2021, and we know that pre-Omicron, 90%+ of “with Covid” deaths had it as the underlying cause, so 20k “from” Covid during that timeframe is a pretty conservative estimate. Florida actually had a large gap between Covid deaths and excess deaths specifically during that timeframe, so there were likely even more that weren’t counted.

Any intelligent person realizes that with an incredibly complex issue like an unknown virus society's immediate reaction will be caution.  And as we learn more we adopt.  How many times did Edison fail before he got the light bulb correct?
