I outlined the facts which were disclosed in the evidence from the trial leading up to the shooting and you just ignored and will still pretend we just don't know what happened, when there were multiple angles of recorded video and eyewitnesses.  You are hopeless.   

Everything I said before the trial were proven to be true, and the case went exactly as I said.   All the TV experts and lawyers at FBGs were saying, oh he must take a plea deal, he is going to get convicted, oh he can 't testify, blah, blah, blah.  Oh I can't believe he is going to argue self-defense.  The whole damn case was obvious from day 1 from the videos posted that night.

He had killed someone who was unarmed with a gun and was then fleeing the scene of the crime - they were trying to apprehend him for authorities, they had a justified reason to pursue him (and if he was recently innocent he should have waited at the scene of the first killing for the police to arrive).
