Yeah, listen to it.  At the end he remembered that he was instructed to mention "oh yeah, violence" as the reason he is seeking asylum.  Is general violence sufficient reason to seek asylum, or does a person need to show specific targeting of himself and his family?  To me it sounded like "I live in a shiothole, yay Biden!"
