I like Burrow and Cincy is cool and all.  

But seems like a good chunk of people here have Cincy.  A majority of people I talk to are picking Cincy.  

I could be totally wrong but I just think teams usually take steps.  Everyone is hopping on thr bandwagon because they are flashy to watch.  New kid on the block usually falls down a few times.  If they come in win thay division and go straight to an AFCC game thrn that is impressive.  It just usually doesn't work that way.  

In addition people are writing off the Titans it seems.  I understand they aren't the greatest 1 seed ever.  But they are chronically underrated.    They won 2 playoff games on the road 2 years ago.  Gave Chiefs a decent game in the AFCC.  This year they beat the Colts twice, 49ers, Rams, Chiefs, and the Bills (on a slip).  That is a nice chunk of wins.  Not sure why people are just writing them off.  Perhaps people are just rooting for Cincy.

Great minds think alike.   Those were my picks.    I'm in a playoff picks pool.   Winner against the spread and over/under.    Went 8-4 last weekend.   Good but not great.    I had the Cowboys and the over and that gave me an 0-2 game.    If the Cowboys had managed to pull their heads out of their a$$es and scored another touchdown in a home game - would have gone 10-2.

maybe it's the lack of practice, but holy hell is the NFL really bad.  SF/Dal was one of the worst coached games I have ever seen. On both sides. McCarthy wasn't the only hack coach in that game.

Regular season but the Bills beat thr Chiefs by 18.  

To act like the Bills are fraudulent is odd at this point.  Their defense isn't as good as their stats but it is still a very good unit.  

Should be a really good game.

Teams have changed since the first Bills/Chiefs matchup.  I was all over the Bills in that game but now I'm going with them.  The Chiefs defense is a different unit.  It should be a real close game, a real good game.

I know teams change.  Less than a month after beating the chiefs by 18 they lost to the Jags.  Are the Bills the same as the team who lost to the Jags.  

Chiefs needed what a 90 yard fumble return to beat Drew Lock and an injired Denver team in a need it game last week of the season just 2 weeks ago?   We can cherry pick the season as much as we want.

No idea what you are trying to say.  

Has anyone noticed that the Bills willingly run the ball now? For the first half of the season their lead back (whoever they chose that week) was lucky to see 7 carries.  Now Singletary has been running it very well and they actually hand it off more than 7 times a game.  

The Bills are very different than they were too.

Oh I wouldn't either.  But if Allen throws the ball the way he did in 5 degree weather then look out.  He's the most dangerous QB in the league.  Now could he try to play hero ball and make a few dumb decisions, yes.  

He is a load to stop in the playoffs when teams are going for it on 4th and 1s 4th and 2s.

Against the patriots who quit on their coaches.  Last 2 games vs the patriots. 0 punts. you think that's cause Allen is so great or the patriots quit? I am convinced the defense hates Steve belichick and quit.  You dont go from a top 5 defense the 1st 12 weeks to the 32nd defense overall the last 5.

Im not basing it only on Pats games.  Just watch him play.  He has all the arm talent in the world.   When you take into account his size he is the best running QB.  His kryptonite is trying too hard to make all the plays.  

The Saints shut Tom out and beat him twice.   Bills scored 31 at NO. 

I concede he can have a clunker.  But the talent is so obvious.

They made the 1 seed without Henry for 9 weeks.  Like I said in the other thread, Titans get slept on routinely.   

Now I am not saying I would favor them over the Chiefs or Bills.  But I am not writing them off to come out of the AFC.

I think the 8 and 12 team ideas is the worst money grubbing idea ever.  Over the last playoffs the refrain I kept hearing after the blowouts in round 1 was if they expand the playoffs you will get more competitive games.  Eight teams...4-5, 3-6.  What these money grubbin' exec don't want to point out is you will get MORE BLOWOUTS.  If you couldn't get enough of 1v4...we have you covered, now 1v8 and 2v7!  

And if you don't mind me going a little liberal here, but how much are these kids supposed to for the schools and the television networks for free.  Just out of the final 4 teams...that's 320 kids.  25% are draft eligible this year, that's 80.  How many are going to make a career in the NFL from the 4 best schools in the country?  Maybe 20-30.  The rest of these 18-20 year olds are supposed to go out there and now play 1 or 2 more games for nothing?  And people want to add a bunch of lower flight teams, with less NFL talent to the mix---so they can make more money. How many games is too much for 18-20 year olds. Jeebus, the greed to me is just mind blowing. 

If it were me and I was forced to do a playoff. I'd have it be 3 teams.  Consensus number 1 gets a bye. 2 and 3 play for a chance to knock off the top dog.  The differences in the top-top programs in college football and the next tier are the difference between the US and Canada.

I like the Packers this weekend, but unless the returnees to the defense show me a lot this weekend I don't think they are good enough to get to the SB.  Add to that the season long horrible special teams, I'm probably in the 25% confidence range of them making it to the SB.

No problems in FCS, DII and DIII with their amount of teams...  If they wanted to, they could do more teams in the FBS playoffs...

8 teams left, I can all but guarantee that two, maybe three teams are going to suffer at the hands of the refs. Know this. Complaining about poor officiating is like complaining about the Weather at this point. There’s nothing you can do about it, you just hope it rains somewhere else

I am probably reading too much into it because of the curb-stomping they put on my Pats.   But of all the games I watched this weekend -  the Bills were the team that gave me "the look" vibe - the look of team that's gonna go on a playoff run.    I've had pretty good luck betting/picking my "the look" team in the playoffs for the last several years.  .  .

JFC - I suck.    

At least I had the under in both games.
