ST mistakes cost 3 points and contributed to 13 for SF. Blocked FG caused by unblocked player. SF first FG came after 40 yard KO return, 30 yard drive. Long snapper missed his assignment and created a lane for the punt to blocked and TD. And after a TO, on the final play of the game, the Packers sent out 10 guys.
