I listened to that whole speech. My ears were bleeding by the end of it.

Big win for mainstream media. We've been talking about them "losing 90% of their viewership," but that was always a mirage resulting from slow news. Now, instead of making due with Whoopi Goldberg derangement, Bob Saget's death, and Joe Manchin's obstinance, they get a juicy story like this, soon another about a black lady with nice smelling hair, and all this hullaballoo about how in danger they are vanishes as it allows their viewership returns to normal levels.

Putin has on a number of occasions, at least those close to him blabbed, pontificated that he wanted to recapture many of the former USSR territories and basically Make Russia Great Again. Ukrainians want to be a part of the NATO Europe and be protected by them. However, many Russian immigrants that moved to Ukraine remain loyal to Russia, which gives Putin an sneaky army to help pull off this sh!t that he does.

It's strategic to keep Ukraine under the thumb. Ukraine has vast natural resources and has been known as the Bread Basket of Europe. Russia sells a fock load of energy to Europe and having control of the lands to transport the fuel is very important. Ukraine being NATO weakens the leverage. Europe is extremely dependent on that energy, and won't take the chance of angering Russia and being cut off. Zelensky called every nation of NATO for help, and each one told him nope, but we are all rooting for you. Taking Crimea in 2014 was to solidify control of the Black Sea. All of this got delayed by 4 years because Trump got elected, despite Putin throwing his support to puppet Hillary. I watched him in interviews on Russian media call Hillary weak, but was worried that Trump had a strong personality and was a wild card.

It won't stop here. Belarus I believe just put in a Putin Puppet at their leader in a fake election, and Ukraine is about to get a puppet as well. And while the Russian Army is there anyway, how are you doing Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia? Maybe y'all need some discipline. Georgia also reached out to NATO, so that is problematic for them too. Putin is going country shopping, and there ain't a dang thing the world will do about it.

Funny thing is, it was reported recently that Trump told Putin that if he went sniffing around Ukraine, Trump would bomb Moscow. Putin laughed. Trump replied that it would be a shame if all those beautiful buildings in Moscow were turned to rubble. Meanwhile, Biden says let's wait a month and see what happens. Which is what James Buchanan was saying as the Civil War got started.

Until we take on China it won’t mean much. That being said, if Putin is counting on China long term I think he’s made a mistake. At some point push should come to shove and China will have to decide if they want to sell us their goods. You would think. Biden has shown no willingness to confront China and use our leverage. Unless the leverage is on their side for some reason. With the infiltration China has achieved in our country at the highest level that might be a good bet.
