As far as the lying MSM, I have this image in my head of the media falsely painting Putin as Hitler and Prigozhin as the western-friendly guy criticizing Putin, but if Prigozhin actually overthrows Putin, then the MSM will start printing stories like "Prigozhin is in power - and in a shocking development, he is worse than Putin!  Who could have guessed????"

I haven’t seen anybody in the “MSM” suggest that Prigozhin is good in any way whatsoever. Please provide a link to a news source claiming Prigozhin is western-friendly. I won’t hold my breath.

Putin stays in power by encouraging in-fighting between oligarchs that crave power. Unfortunately for him, that is now spilling into armed conflict.

It probably is, but my take is that he really does hate Shoigu and think he's incompetent.  Shoigu probably is.  

I believe there was an attack on his camp.  If that is indeed true, if your Prigozhin, you're a dead man anyway.  So he can't stay where he is, and he's reluctant to abandon his troops.

The most likely outcome here in my opinion is prigozhin dies.  Wagner probably is crippled, and most of their troops end up absorbed by the Russian military.

The question that needs to be answered is did Shoigu really direct a missile strike on Wagner?  We'll probably never get that answer.

They would've needed Russian forces to join them.  People (twitter) keep throwing out that Wagner has 50,000 troops.  Problem with that is they're spread all over.  Some are in Africa.  He probably has less than 10k with him now, and most likely far less than that.

The time for this to be successful would've been in the first 20 hours when no one knew what the hell was going on and maybe as they pass local military and para military outfits, those folks joined in.  They all just kind stood around and watched which allowed Putin and Shoigu to gather command and control.

This tweet claims collaboration, but it's unclear to me that is the case.
