I wouldn't be surprised if Zelensky is in Poland.  There are people walking around several areas of Ukraine.  They have heat, electricity, water, cell phones.  Russia either is or has surrounded Kiev.  They don't want to destroy it.

Ad fontes especially puts a ton of research into their analysis. You can read all about it on their website or other sources that discuss them.
