Just leave the kids alone.  Let them grow up, go through puberty then figure it all out as an adult.  

If they have questions, and reach out , talk to them.  But watching parents say their 5 year old is "Trans" and fostering it or reading about teens mutilating their bodies is tragic.....it's not right.  It's focked up.
