They should go get a job. I drove across US and back last year. The amount of "HELP WANTED" signs was abundant EVERYWHERE. The people/blacks living in "abject poverty" could sure better themselves if they'd get off of their @$$e$ and go get a job-quit playing the VICTIM CARD.

How do you know he's mentally disabled? And if you come to that conclusion because he was an a-hole on a train, then what do you call the people in the 13% committing 56% of the violent crimes in this country? They are all mentally disabled too?

Clearly you didn't read the last line of my post, or chose to ignore it.

And actually, I don't think being black is in any way the cause.  Or specifically, having black skin.  I've mentioned numerous times that the most successful immigrant cohort in recent times is Nigerian.  I've also linked to articles about how that culture places strong emphasis on family, education, and personal responsibility.  I've known several personally quite well, including my top engineering contact at my top customer, and my radiologist.  I believe there are other successful black immigrant cultures.

And yet our society has this severe problem.  We've hashed this out before and I don't think it is worth revisiting.  I'll just say that the problem is not solely that the white man is keeping you down, and we won't discuss the other contributing factors, so we'll never solve it.

After 60+ years of government social engineering our society is broken and we are producing broken individuals of all races. People with no goals or purpose. Looks like Prince George’s County in Maryland has a handful of small, affluent black majority cities. Link

I didn’t look up the crime rates but I’m guessing they’re pretty low.

You asked for one majority black city in the world that isn’t a crime infested sh1thole. I gave you a link to the 10 most affluent majority black cities in the US. I’m guessing they all have crime rates that are lower than the national average, since the property values were pretty high.
