The same store I could buy a dozen eggs for around 70 cents three years ago, was $4.08 last week. 

They've taken the cigarettes out of the wire cages in the supermarkets, and put the baby formula inside them. They put a limit on how many containers you can purchase if you find a manager with a key. 

I mean, we all can see the soup prices go way up too, right? A can of soup you could normally buy for around $1.29 is now 4 bucks. It's focking soup. Broth and vegetables. Well, it just teaches us lessons that it's well worth making the effort to prepare your own meals.

And let's not forget that wages have skyrocketed over this period of high inflation.  Not keeping up with inflation of course, but mitigating a good 3/4 of it.

And it's funny to hear stories of grocery prices.  I never paid close to a buck for a dozen eggs, but soup is definitely something that feels like it doubled in price.  Most stuff is back to close to where it was for me though.  Although they could have made the packaging smaller.

Regardless, for the economy to be as strong as it has been in the face of this inflation plus massive Fed increases is remarkable.

Adobe could be cutting roughly 100 employees from its sales department, according to Bloomberg, although several employees were allowed to move to other positions within the company, according to an unnamed source.

Morgan Stanley’s layoffs, first reported by CNBC citing unnamed sources, could affect around 1,600 of the more than 81,000 people employed by the company according to its latest quarterly report—less than a week after CEO James Gordon warned “some people are going to be let go.”

PepsiCo, which makes its namesake Pepsi soda along with products like Gatorade, Lays chips and Quaker Oats, is reportedly eliminating hundreds of jobs at headquarters in Chicago; Purchase, New York; and Plano, Texas, according to information obtained by the Wall Street Journal, as part of a plan “to simplify the organization so we can operate more efficiently” (the company did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Forbes seeking further details).

There is little to suggest that the Fed has been able to mitigate the destructive actions Biden implemented that ruined the really positive work of the prior administration.

Keep in mind that Biden has lied about inflation at every turn, and nothing he has been instructed to say at the podium is true.

It is increasingly clear that 2023 will be a rather difficult period. Biden could still make a dramatic impact to negate this, but appears unwilling.

Prior to COVID, created by the Chinese through Fauci funding the research in Wuhan, the economy was doing well. Notably the highest minority employment, which is the way you fix many societal issues. It was stellar. 

What I find truly interesting is that Biden will always blame others, he never misses that opportunity. And HE has yet to blame Trump, oddly...I mean, he has shifted between Putin and big oil etc... early on he lied about the problem, he pretended there was no problem, and then he and his minions tried to sell it as "transitory", not you know if there was ANY way to blame Trump, he would have done it in spades, and yet he has not.
