And yes, the caravans led by the cartels had grown exponentially when Biden took office. And Biden has refused and continues to refuse to address the border. Except for when he wants to compare border patrol agents to slave owners because of how they use their split reigns on their horses. "They will be punished". Sounded like when he called Rittenhouse a white supremacist. Etc...

How is this a political stunt? Blue states/sanctuary cities have openly declared illegal immigrants are welcome. Those cities have openly offered these items.

1. IDs/driver license.

2. Health care.

3. Education.

4. Housing.

5. Refusal to work with ICE.

I'm probably missing plenty more. If those sanctuary states and cities are offering that, then don't complain when overwhelmed Red states ship them out. Seems best for the illegal aliens to me.

If the liberals have everything all set in place, which of course they do since they have repeatedly announced it in the past, they should openly express their desire to take care of these people because they must know they are a much better fit to take care of these "no human is illegal" people.

See again this is false information. Some cities offer drivers licenses (which only makes sense), and the rest, others don’t. The only thing that so-called sanctuary cities have in common is that they won’t cooperate with the ICE. And that’s also a great thing. Do you really want to turn your local police into Gestapo agents? I don’t. 
 

I’m going to repeat what I wrote in the other thread: there are over 11-15 million illegal immigrants in this country. I know most of you don’t like that. But they’re here and they’re NOT GOING ANYWHERE. And there’s more coming and we can’t really stop them. None of your solutions will stop them. It can’t be done.

a mass migration / invasion of foreigners happened in the Late Bronze Age.  these illegals / migrants swarmed many empires. the story goes that all of the empires utterly collapsed somewhere around 1100 BC (Known as the Bronze Age Collapse).  civilization itself almost winked out of existence in these areas.  Only Egypt survived the Great Dark Ages from 1100 BC to 750 BC.  Instead of total collapse, we had Greece rise with democracy, the city-states and intellectualism.

Turns out, despite Fox's ranting to the opposite, it turns out that we've shipped two and a half million people back and we're finally getting Mexico to agree to take people that aren't Mexican citizens back as well.

 

We're still getting allow a s*** ton of people in, but at least it's a legal pathway. And they can only stay for 2 years apparently. AND they have to have a financial sponsor here in the states before any of that can happen.

 

I've only skimmed the article, but like I said, at least it's a start. And at least it's a plan.

Long term it’s no solution. First off most illegals don’t come here over the border from Mexico; they come by legal means and simply overstay their welcome. Second, of the millions who DO come from Mexico, you can’t keep them there or send too many back because an unstable Mexico is a much bigger threat to our national security than any amount of illegal immigrants. It’s like putting a lid on a pot of boiling water and trying to pretend it’s under control. It isn’t. 
 

Again, you can’t wish this away. And you can’t use force to make it go away. Real solutions are going to have to involve a massive immigration reform, and it’s going to have to include taking a LOT more people in legally, not less, and giving amnesty to those already here. You guys need to realize this.

Again, to all your points. Read the new plan. It calls for us to take in 30,000 people a month. Which is no small figure. Mexico has conceded to take the huge influx of Venezuelan illegals. I love how everybody here just doesn't have enough sense to realize that people on the border come from multiple countries. And at the same time, retaining title 42 which allows us to deport millions of folks we don't want. + Which we have apparently already done.

Actually Strike has a point that Biden, by removing some of Trump’s harshest measures, has increased the flow at the border. And Biden has (until now) failed to address this issue which has only increased the chaos. 
Still if the price of removing Trump’s cruelty is the current situation it’s one I’m willing to pay.
