I don’t think he should have been criticized, I don’t think he did anything wrong. But the fact that he was criticized is not a bad thing it’s a good thing. It suggests that intolerance for any kind of PERCEIVED lack of acceptance for LGBT is increasing in our society. That’s what I want to see happen.

As for me, I disagree with the Flyers hosting the BS event in the first place, and the NHL's obnoxious woke bullying overall on the topic across the league makes them no better than other professional leagues, but to their credit at least the Flyers it there rather give in to the Twitter mob that wanted them to punish Provorov for taking a stand against it.

You would think that with the semi recent events from a few years back of players coming out saying they were raped by their male coaches in the past that they would just leave this whole subject of dudes sucking off other dudes alone. Rather than flat out celebrating that some guys like to fock each other.
