I'm basically referring to liberal vs conservative, left/right as far as division goes.

1.) Internet is the root.  Without it, our country isn't nearly as divided.

2.) When Trump became president.

And this is just my opinion. Some will agree and  some won't.  Yes, it was Trump...buuuuuut..... it wasn't him while he was president.  It was the outrage AGAINST him while he was president.  He actually spoke his mind (and in my opinion, the truth) about which groups in the US were "filthy", etc and lots of other things.   And to me the hatred became so great....that anything he was for, the other side was AGAINST. Example:   He called MS-13 a group of filthy thugs.  The other side then, began defending MS-13 citing something like "that's fair to call them that, they are people too, etc"  Whereas if anyone else would have called them filthy thugs, they would nod and agree.  Trump was very PRO stand for the flag, stand for the Anthem, etc.  So...the liberals, because their mindset is "it's our job to be anti- whatever Trump is for" began being anti-Anthem and anti-Flag.  Some liberal was probably pro-US, pro Flag, pro-Anthem for their entire life, then Trump criticizes folks that are anti-flag, anti-Anthem etc, and voila, Trump single handedly made that guy completely flip. I am NOT just saying this to piss off libs.  I HONESTLY think outrage vs Trump (then in turn conservatives defending those things) began to create a big divide.

What else ya got?

(Lets see how long before this turns into name calling)

Go.

It's always been there; in one form or another.  I think the division got huge with the invention of the smart phone. Prior to having all of the opinions of the world, mobile and in the palm of our hand.....people had to make much more of an effort to find their echo chamber.  They had to be in their car to listen to AM radio.  They had to sit at their computer to read Mother Jones.  When smartphones came out.....any microsecond of downtime in the day enabled people to stop and get their opinions validated on the line. Once that happens, the nature of algorithims combined with humans natural affinity to be validated created a cocoon in which people were/are almost ALWAYS in their own personal Matrix.

Now do their congressmen.  Did anyone say the switch was automatic?

Face it.  The South turned ruby red because they HATED the idea of the civil rights amendment.  HATED it.

Dems had majorities in congress as well until 2000. Why did it take 30 years for those racist voters to give the GOP a majority of southern house seats? You’re a lightweight commie.

Interesting link, thanks. What this data tells me is that conservatives' trust in the media goes to hell when they are presented with ugly truths about individuals or objectives that they favor. Instead of considering WHY they support such things, they close off the sources of the information they don't want to hear.

You must have missed the part where independents poll at 27%.

It's dumb that you dismiss factual information because it's in a CNN opinion piece, which you obviously didn't read and then think for yourself instead of rolling along as an ignorant MAGAturd sheeple.

What was that about name calling and lowest form of IQ?  I thought I read something about that.

Jan 6th people were there because of Trump’s BS. It was fiction created by him. The guy is so soft he can’t admit he lost.

Where did Trump say to do this?    Like, it had to be on a public forum somewhere.

I'd love to see it.

Go.

LOL a CNN opinion piece?   Yeah...thats not biased at all.  Jesus.  It's mind boggling how people cannot recognize even blatant biases in the MSM and redistribute this garbage.  People are dumb

It's not about the truth.  It's about the agenda.  Ignore the truth, push the agenda.  If you get masses to do that, the truth becomes white noise.

If not for his make believe voter fraud all these unhinged neckbeards would have been chatting in forums and hyperventilating on Twitter about Democrats ruining the world.

The orange tub still goes on about this even after seeing that his cultists are deranged enough to attack the Capitol under their  fever dreams that they are some type of patriot saving us from tyranny.

That kind of name calling is fine.

Calling someone "meatball ron" or whatever other 3rd grade nickname the MAGAtards master uses, that's the surest sign of a low IQ.

Happy to help girlio.

I'm very much looking forward to them doing it again.  Methinks the results won't quite be as pleasant the next time.

Easy answer. When Clinton lost the house and the Senate after decades of control, his impeachment and wife, talk radio and Fox News. All in the 90’s

Don't know what that is but it's something you seem to know about. Like all the other crap you post.

And who got suspended? Sounds like you did about 30 times pimpledoosh. Always logging in as someone else. But I don't give a shlt. Same liberal trash you have always been. I've never once been suspended.

2.) When Trump became president.

Good Lord.  Get a focking clue dude.  There are “political differences” and then there is “political hatred”, which is what we have today.  And hatred like that is rooted in racial division, and that wasn’t created by Trump.  Trump was racist against Mexicans and Central Americans. He demonized those people and it was despicable.  But blacks did very well by him, and if you can’t see that you’re an idiot.

The Left has been slowly eroding the fabric of this country for the last 50 years, primarily by pitting the races against each other.  Do yourself a favor.  Search Twitter for “fight videos”, especially school fights.  You’ll be horrified.  The level of racial hatred and brutality is off the charts.  But Limousine Liberals like Tim, Pimpledouche, and Gutter-trash have no focking clue what’s going on.  They live in their fantasyland safe spaces, and I can GUARANTEE they don’t have kids in any of the mixed-race schools like the ones in these videos.

So do it.  Spend a couple hours watching the latest fight videos.  See for yourself how many of them are inter-racial and rooted in deep-seated resentment and hatred.  That level of racial animosity isn’t created overnight, and it certainly didn’t come from Trump.  It’s the logical outgrowth of 50 years of nonstop pimping of identity politics and grievance culture by Leftist idiots like the ones in here.  Conservatives aren’t entirely blameless either.  They should have stopped it years ago.

You showed a map of your idiocy. Explain how all the racists moved to the Republican Party after the civil rights act if the constituents kept voting for Democrat majorities in Congress for 30 years? If most of the south were racist and the racists all moved to the Republican Party, wouldn’t we have seen the opposite effect?

Democrats are the original racists, the only thing that has changed are their tactics.

in every locale where AA’s suffer you will find a legacy of Democrat policy domination.

All true. It’s not just legacy policy. Current policy like drivers licenses to vote are racist or that black children due to life experience are hampered in learning thus we must reduce standards is soft bigotry at best.

What you read obviously didn't distinguish between low-IQ name-calling and accurate labeling.

Trump, for example, is a Republiturd. That's what he is.

Biden, for example, is a Democrap. That's what he is.

You, for example, are a grumpy, bitter old witch. That's what you are.

Get on your broom and RIDE!

They were indeed, but they moved over to the Republican Party because they didn't like civil rights for black people.

That is incorrect. The Democrats bought the AA community on the early 20th. African Americans really did not want to depart from the republicans but the democrats were buying.

The democrats then changed their rhetoric, but not their tactics.

You really need to read up on the shift that happened, it’s a great topic to delve into.

Every Democrat policy has only harmed the AA community.
