I know it's fun to bust each other's balls about this stuff, but there are a lot of possible explanations for her having trouble dating - one could be her.   Another could be there are plenty of masculine libs, but they are more desireable so they are already dating or maybe they aren't afraid of women who don't need to be doted on and catered to.   Maybe, just maybe some of those factors could be at play.  

But yes, if she is looking for somebody that needs to open doors, pay for everything, ask Daddy for permission to marry her, things like that - chances are that's more likely to come from a conservative, who by definition is more likely to embrace older values and traditions like that.   Big shocker - but I still don't know why the things she is bitching about are masculine traits - those are traditional social gestures for the most part.   I am sure some of those probably fit and atlethic hiking libs she's bitching about were plenty masculine.

The vast majority of women have made it clear they are not interested in dating any dullard who'd think conservatism is the way to move the country forward.  They realize that conservatism is rooted in fearing change, fearing those not like you, and keeping women in traditional roles

As women get more and more educated and experience life outside their conservative upbringing they realize just how much better life is with liberal ideas and forward progress.

I think you are not correct on this. I think there are plenty of women who still admire traditional male traits, and I think there are also some who do not admire those traits and instead seek out some lesser quality of male. 

As we can see with the woman in the video, she is torn because she has been taught to think she should want the lesser man, but you simply cannot change human nature that easily, and her instincts are to want a real man instead.

But what women like her don't seem to understand is that THEY have also changed as well.  If we are just talking base evolutionary instincts - we could probably start talking that we got here largely by having a caretaker and a provider, to use the most simplistic terms.   So largely, women now want to be more like a traditional male, but also complain there aren't enough traditional males.   

What I am saying is that IMO couples and families succeed better when those roles stay in tact, I don't care who is doing it.  Somebody mostly at home, helping with the kids - somebody providing etc.   Where it breaks down is when you have 2 people out providing, but not nuturing the kids or 2 people at home and not providing.     So largely what I think happened is that we morphed a little bit as women want to be the providers, have the careers, be the aggressors, etc.    Well, if we are talking base needs and instincts, wouldn't it make sense the other side of the equation morphs the other way to compensate?  For reasons I posted above, I would 100% expect that reversal to be more common for liberals, so it makes sense somebody like her would have more issues find what she is describing in the liberal pool of candidates.
