Jason Aldean’s "Try That In A Small Town" Censored And Accused Of ‘Pro-Lynching' Themes

Recommended Posts

It's so crazy how one harmless song Triggered the entire Left. It's quite impressive.

And BTW, Jason Aldean is only gaining popularity because of it.

People still pay to download songs?

For that same $1.29 I could buy a case of Bud Light or a share of Disney stock.  I need to think about this.

There's a black man with a black cat
Livin' in a black neighborhood
He better not knock on my door
My AR will do him no good

And there's a woman in the kitchen
Cleanin' up the evenin' slop
And he looks at her and says, "Hey darlin'
you know your place, now suck my c0ck"

Ah, but ain't that America for you and me?
Ain't that America? No trannies for me, baby
Ain't that America? I aint got no degree, yeah
Little Sig Sauers for you and me
Ooh yeah, for you and me!

The only thing that bothers me about Jason Aldean is that he doesn't have any shoulders.

Jason Aldean fans are calling for a boycott of the Country Music Television (CMT) after the network pulled his latest song.

Aldean's recent single "Try That in a Small Town" caused a stir after its seemingly pro-gun lyrics were termed "very scary" by some. The song has divided opinions with some on social media speaking out, while others, including former president Donald Trump, defending country music singer Aldean.

Is the right really gonna boycott CMT?

I'll be honest I don't know anything about CMT, don't watch it, but I assume the right does?  Any of you Magas wanna chime in here?

Sure I’ll boycott it. The difference is we boycott things that sow evil mostly to harm evil mega corp. You dirtbag leftists boycott people and try to ruin their lives with constant attacks through your media propaganda driven mouthpieces like all good brown shirts do. Get back to the tanning bed juniornb it hasn’t fried your bald dome enough yet.

He looks like a pug standing up.  Stocky body with no shoulders and super skinny legs.  It's odd.

But like most weird looking rich people, he has a hot wife (who he cheated on his first wife with)

I don't find his current wife hot at all. Pretty average in my opinion. Hot for him though,. certainly.

Wait, people still steal music too?  What year is this?

You can stream music all kinds of ways for free or it's included with other subscriptions.  Once I realized that music was included with my Amazon Prime membership I haven't paid for a song in years.

Good for you.  I’m impressed. I’m sure there’s a drawback to that and my way is better for me.

No most people subscribe monthly to get every song as opposed to buying individual songs.

Aldean 2023: “I didn’t mean my song to be racist!"

Aldean 2015: “Check out me in blackface!"

I’d say he’s learned nothing, but I think he actually has learned that dog whistling gets him more attention, so he’s sticking with it.

He’s definitely becoming more popular among certain people.

I don't think people steal music anymore, not like in the Napster days, if that really was stealing, the debate never ends.

I think the bigger theft is in TV and movies.  I know there was a time when you could jail break your firestick and watch anything you want.  I think that douche Roger still uses one of these.  Then of course there is pw sharing but services are cracking down on that.

Good for you guys. I like my way. And I bet there’s a downside to how you do it that I wouldn’t like. How much does it cost per month?

His song would have to be racist for this statement to apply.  Good try though

Yup, by those who are fed up with the likes of BLM destroying cities, rioters in Portland every night, the disrespect for authority, etc.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE AGREE WITH THE MESSAGE!!!

There's no reason to steal music anymore.  It's been made easily accessible to everyone now.

Smart business move.  Everyone knows the right is whipped up into a frenzy these days.  Would be very smart of him to make a controversal song, then get it banned (even go as far as start a movement to get it banned), then gain popularity and convince dummies like Tardcore to give you 1.29 in support of him.

Fock maybe I should do this. It seems so easy.

We have a family plan for spotify for $16/mo, 5 of us.  I definitely listen to more than 3 new songs per month.

Why was it dumb for me to buy a song  I like? I don’t get on you for streaming WAP or I Kissed A Girl.

To my original post:

So you can rap about murdering people, smacking hoes, killing the police and burning down a town but you can't write a song condemning it?? WTF kind of world are we living in??

I would imagine that any sane American would agree with this, no?

Does BLM still destroy cities?  Are there still riots in Portland every night?  I thought this ended 3 years ago.

I assume when you bought the song, you have an actual file to do with what you like. ?  Streaming is great, but not for everyone. Streaming is kind of pointless if you spend a decent amount of time where you have no internet service or you prefer a device where that doesn’t have service.  Some people prefer exercising smaller devices with no internet capability.

Downloaded that Jason Aldean song last night. Doubt I ever listen to it. Worth the 1.29.

Also I don't like WAP or Katy Perry.  I've actually been listening to lots of country music recently.
