Dak or Tua

Recommended Posts

I think they're equal for 2023 and I'd be happy with either. Maybe Tua in a keeper, but there's the concussion concern.

Longwinded answer = New OC for Dak who may lean on the run slightly more coupled with a better defense tells me the cowboys may not need to score as much and might be a little more conservative than years past. I'd lean Tua, but both pose injury risks... Honestly I like Aaron Rodgers or Danny Dimes better when you get to these rounds, Rodgers as I think he is more likely to avoid injury and have similar passing yards/TDs and Danny Dimes as he brings some rushing upside.

Concise = of the two, I'd go Tua but honestly it's a coinflip for me and personally I'd rather either grab an elite QB earlier or wait for Dimes or Rodgers or even Cousins (safe)/Richardson (risky)

Dak, concussions are very serious.  Tua might not even finish this next season.

sadly I have to agree.

fully healthy, Tua is the better choice, but I worry about his health.   multiple concussions with at least one being major.

This is potentially a scary situation.

if I owned him I'd watch a lot of his games, and what I dont want is to see this young mans career end on a nasty hit.   I dont generally have DND lists but hes on it mostly because I dont wanna see that play I'd put him on that DND list for me.

that aside, I rank him even or slightly below Dak because of that injury risk.

one piece of advice, if hes your starter, you want a good backup on your roster.

Dak for sure. I think it’s borderline criminal that Tua is still playing

Could Tua be this years Hamlin?

Dak for me. Not high on either, both have good WRs and will score points. Both play in tough divisions and will need those points for wins.

TD heavy leagues often have bonus scoring for long TD plays, like 40+ yards or something like that.

If that's the case, Tua definitely. He has the best deep threat in the NFL in Tyreek Hill, and one that's not that far behing in Jaylen Waddle.

Otherwise I would take Dak

I hate saying a player is an injury risk, but Tua's concussion history scares me.   Not just from a fantasy perspective but also his own personal health.  I'm curious if the NFL will ever force a player to retire for their own personal well being?

Only keeping 6 do you have any other keeper options?

Tua with two of the most explosive WRs in the game. Late one/early two type QB. Maybe even middle QB2 range if enough people buy into negatives.

Liking Hodgins from the NYG. Dotson from Washington ( not really a sleeper). DJMoore and Marvin Jones as the #2 guy there in Detroit.

Tua may win the championship for you…..his weapons are the best in the league.

Dak is a mediocre wasteland.

I'm changing what I wrote to what I had always intended. Tua is the QB to get this year at his ADP or auction value and based on his ability and team situation he's a league winner. I'm just upset he will be kept in my one league.

Dude, you give advice all of the time on here and your advice is terrible 90% of the time. Do the opposite of weepaws, and win your league everyone.
