Chargers got off to a bad start but are putting it together against the Bears (which isn't saying much). Going into the season they looked like a solid contender for a playoff spot. It may still happen.

Chicago, for their part, isn't doing their rookie QB any favors by dropping perfectly thrown balls to wide open receivers in the end zone.

 Long FG drive to start the game which is good since some key players are missing. Then a good stop after one 1st down for the D. Despite all the injuries, the Lions had been in the habit of beating teams by 14 until the Baltimore debacle, hopefully they get back on that track.
