The president is in charge of enforcing the laws of the land and that most certainly includes election laws.  Jack Smith is an idiot who has no legal authority to prosecute.   He will lose his law license.

Appointing a special council is fine, but it is requires the consent and approval by the Senate, which he was already ruled in one case Jack Smith was not legally appointed and thus lacks authority.
