New Iowa caucus poll

Recommended Posts

Trump still well ahead, but Hayley coming on strong. Pretty interesting in that if she could push DeSantis out and sideline Ramaswamy, she could have a possible chance to take this thing down the stretch. Not Iowa of course, but maybe beginning with New Hampshire/South Carolina run

They’re all running for VP.

I don’t think Haley necessarily is. The stars would have to align but it could happen. Strong finish in Iowa, win in New Hampshire, DeSantis bows out… could see a very sudden coalescing around her. I doubt it’ll happen, but I think people are underestimating the possibility

I’d give that a nearly 0% chance of happening. DeSantis had a moment he could have capitalized on before everyone found out he’s a wimp. Nobody else has or had a shot.

Are you aware that his 48% in this poll is the LARGEST EVER recorded for the final pre-caucus poll in Iowa?

But yeah, RINO Nikki Haley has a chance.  😂

I think there is some merit to this assertion, not sure just how much this is true, but I sense it has enough truth to be a fairly true assessment

I haven't seen anything from Haley that would suggest she wants to get us into "endless wars".  And I've already been to one war myself, so I don't take that lightly.

So unless you've been to one, I would politely suggest you reserve your "f@ck off"s for those who really deserve it.

I'm not a war monger but I know eventually we're going to get into it with Iran.  They keep pushing the line and at some point we're going to have to push back.

I don't know that she's supported every war but I'll take your word for it.  However, that's not enough for me at the moment to vote for Trump.  I just think Trump is too much.  I mean, if Trump is the nominee I certainly ain't going to vote for Biden, but I'd rather Trump get eliminated in the Primary.

thats where I am, I hope Trump gets eliminated but the America first policy stay strong, I dont see ANY Trump supporters shifting to Haley, they would all back Vivek

but ultimately Trump would run independent and it would become a contingent election

Trump is the nominee. At this point that’s inevitable IMO.

I don’t agree with @RaiderHaters Revenge’s POV but he represents a whole lot of Americans, particularly conservatives. The Neocon wing of the GOP, where Haley really belongs, is dying or dead. It’s a far more isolationist, nativist party, much more similar to the pre-World War II Republicans. I hate it but it would be stupid to deny it.

Americans are sick and tired of the internationalism that has defined us since the end of World War II. We want to be left alone and the rest of the planet can go hang. There is plenty of good reason for people to feel this way, though personally I think it’s very short sided.

I saw mention in the ex-Twitter space that Vivek is also backed by Soros and the 'open foundation' money.  I want a candidate that supports America first and not big-money backers.

I wouldn't believe the internet on that one. Vivek has nothing to do with Soros.

Soros only backs far-left candidates that will help take down America.  That's his goal.

In college vivek applied for a scholarship and won it that was given out by someone in the Soros family.  You can look at his funding he’s 100% self funded

Haley is more a Bush/Cheney/Ryan/McConnell Republican. She won't be the nominee but if she were, I'd give Robert Kennedy a closer look.

Question: and this isn't a gotcha or anything but if the choice was Romney or Trump. Which one would you vote for?

Probably Romney.  I'm just so sick of Trump.  I just don't like the constant theatre we get with him.

Fair enough. I suspect Haley is the GOP candidate. Desantis tried to pander to both GOP and MAGA and Ramaswamy is all MAGA.

Oh absolutely, women are terrible leaders, managers, and basically any other position of power. At least in any performance based position.  What is 2024 the year we pretend sh!t isn't true that is true or something?
