8 Mile Road runs east-west and is 8 miles north of downtown Detroit. It's extra-wide with a land island in the middle and serves as the border separating the inner ring blue collar suburbs from Detroit city limits. This is where Purdy is a good QB not even throwing shade.  But you have a top QB you don't feel defeated on the 3rd and 10.   When you sre down 14 here with a top QB you feel it can switch.  Don't get that with Purdy and Shanny seemingly can't do anything about it.
