Newest black bias to whine about: Pain.

Recommended Posts

So this is the latest entry on the "systemic" <fill in the blank> bingo card?

Wonder what will be next?

So I will say that this IS true when it comes to women's pain, especially as it relates to gynecological issues but even others. We can spend tons of time and money going to doctors and specialists and hear that it's "all in our head" when eventually they find that we have a life threatening issue.

But systemic racism and pain? It's possible, but I believe it more with women vs men instead of race based.

Where is my equity having to deal with all of this "Equity" and DEI nonsense?  I mean, this is by and large nothing but fake BS to rake in money and/or power.   It's fake BS rooted in Marxism.

Why can't I get reparations for dealing with this horsesh#t?

Advil is laughing their way to the bank.  It created a whole new woke category, and a bunch of upper middle class white women are going to be Advil users for life.

White men are the only ones with access to get good pain meds.  All part of the white male privilege.

Beginning of video in OP; working the ebonics angle.

News flash. It aint just women.

You just dont hear men complaining about it all the time or they just died.

Only in America could the sex that gets more money spent on them, lives 6 years longer, accounts for 76% of all healthcare workers, and dies at lower rates of almost every disease that affects both sexes complain about bias against them.

Victim mentality is off the charts in this country.

I do agree with @TheNewGirl that that does happen with women.   Saying they are 76% of healthcare workers is misleading, looks like for physicians it’s only about 36%.

You are right. It's closer to 80%.

Source: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. In 2022, about 8 in 10 workers in all healthcare occupations were women, much higher than for overall employment, where women made up nearly one-half of all employed workers

Seems a bit misandristic to me. Why aren't the feminists calling for "equality" in the healthcare profession to get more men in?

Oh, that's right - because they only want "equality" when it benefits them.  My bad.

Draw the line between racism and truth.

Is it racist if it's fact? In that case do we just not discuss those things??

Lie? Hard to tell. Play and allow themselves to be played as a victim? Absolutely.

You’re joking right?  I’m sure the overall number is driven by nurses which are like 90% women.  And they’ve been trying to get more male nurses as long as I can remember.

But the subject at hand is doctors believing their pain, and it’s more like 64% men for physicians.

Go back to your RNC glory hole.

Yes

If you keep making excuses over and over and over then nothing will change. There's a real problem within the Black "African American" community, but if you discuss it you're a racist.

How are things supposed to get better when everyone is walking on egg shells?

Democrats are afraid to talk about anything, the border, immigrants, blacks "African Americans", etc. They're more worried about offending people instead of worrying about what's best for America.

When you "discuss" from the point of view that "only blacks do these things" and "blacks are a terrible for society" which is mostly how it's "discussed" here, that's racist boyo.

A tiny tiny percentage of blacks aren't productive citizens yet you'd think they were all wild animals, maiming and killing constantly according to storm front light here.

I realize that nothing I post will change how any of you perceive non-whites, just trying to be real boyo.

I agree with this post.  Even if it's a small majority of people causing the issues, they should be called out from within their own culture, no doubt.

And yes, dems today are scared to offend anyone, even if the people deserve to be offended.  This is not what's best for America.

Good post boyo.

This happens to every race, sex and gender and it is the fault of our trillion dollar medical system. We are not viewed as patients, we are viewed as customers.

When will black people view this for what it is.  Blatent pandering.   All Advil is trying to do is make sales.

This is simply not true. I think you could probably only say this about asian people.

Eh you have a point.

How about the vast majority of blacks (say 75%+) are productive people.  Probs the same for whites and hispanics but yes lower than asians.

I’m kinda confused at what they’re going for.  Are they saying, “if the doctors won’t give you a prescription, then you should take Advil?”

It isnt misleading at all.

You attempting to nitpick is what is misleading.

Have you gone to the doctor, like ever? Been in a hospital? You dont think nurses are incredibly important and influential when it comes to care? I mean come on like half the time the doctor just regurgitates what the nurse wrote.

PAs and Nurse practitioners often prescribe the meds.

Also when discussing women and their "ignored pain", endometriosis is a super common condition discussed. The majority of the doctors women would see there are women.

So no sir, you dont get to dismiss that the vast majority of healthcare is made up of women.

None of this even touches on chronic conditions. Women are more likely to be chronic pain patients and for obvious reasons, chronic pain would be harder to diagnose or fix.

Maybe next we can study the myth of men dictating what women wear.

I dated a couple nurses. They are so burdoned by doctors they are hard to be around because they get shlt in daily. I couldn't stick it out with either of them because they turned so bltchy in life.

Doctors are the ones usually prescribing the meds.  And Nurse practicioners are a pretty small % of the total nurses.  But there are also women doctors that will also tell women patients “it’s all in their head.”
