Actually, the case against her was technically rock solid.  She held classified material (some at TS level) on an improperly secured server which was known to have been hacked and spilled into the hands of the enemy.  She was not president and thus did not have ownership of those records as Trump would have under the Presidential records act.  The only case she would have is that most of the material she had was under her classification authority and she could have declassified the material.  But unlike the President, the method she would have to declassify material is clearly defined.  A regular government employee would have been fired on the spot and prosecuted for such a breech.   As an appointed employee she could have been prosecuted, but was not only due to discretion of the prosecutor.  She clearly broke the law and does not have the legal cover the President would have.

I’m not saying Hillary didn’t do these things. I’m saying Trump never had any intention of going after Hillary. It was political theater. Only the very dimwitted thought otherwise. HTH

I opposed locking Hillary up in 2017 because that's not how it has ever been done in the US. But now, after all this lawfare that they've conducted on President Trump and his supporters, I really am fed the fock up with being the only side playing nice and am drained all out of sympathy for these vile evil leftoid scum. If there is to be legal retaliation, so be it.

There is a difference between accountability and retribution.  If these people broke laws they should be held accountable.  They like to think that if they keep it all in the swamp they can hide the evidence.  But the evidence is there and now someone outside the swamp has won and knows the lengths the swamp will go to to protect it's secrets/wrongdoings.

Sure they are going to have to abandon these things, for now.   But two things are true.  Their pursuits were (1) to help the Democrat party gain power and then also (1B) to aggrandize themselves within that power

This is my fear as well.  As long as we have this element in positions of power there can never be peace or unity.  There needs to be repercussions so this never happens again.

That is why just cutting government and putting new people in charge is not enough.  There needs to be structural changes where people who abuse their power are held accountable.   They need to expose all the dirty elements inside our federal agencies and clean them out and put in powers in Congress where these people in charge of these agencies must answer questions or go to jail.  It disgusts me when all these agencies heads dodge questions from our elected representing under some guise of an on-going investigation or classification.
