I'd leave the door open for Biden on this but they're going to need to come up with flyers from past Easter events with these instructions on them. Since thousands of kids have had a once in a lifetime opportunity to go the the White House over the years, there ought to be several hundred flyers in existence from past years to this effect.

Eventually the alphabet will need reforming to reconfigure the lower case 't' but until then, it's probably OK. You can't presently spell 'visibility' without the lower case 't'. But the 't' is on the list.
