Trump's NY Election Interference Trial - Trump is found guilty on all 34 counts

Recommended Posts

I could see a group of Feds like Patriot Front instigating a riot so the Biden Regime can use it as an excuse to come after all patriots.  Anyone voicing their displeasure of the verdict will be hunted down and stripped of their right to vote in November.

You think people will riot if there is a non guilty verdict?

I'd bet against it, but I wouldn't be shocked.  I think the media and politicians will be a bigger threat than the public.

The origin of this tangent was if a jurist wrote a book.  We were just pointing out that historically, the Left is way more violent than the Right.

Historically yes, but the leader of the right the past 8 years has been much more violent with his rhetoric than anyone from the left and it's not even close.  He orchestrated an attack on our capitol to overturn the election for focks sake.  Much more relevant than sh1t that happened 60 years ago.

How is that different from any other day from any other person who lives in Boston?

This isn't a NY/Boston thing. I love NY and going there and I don't do the sports hate.

I want Boston and any other liberal run city to burn to the ground.

Michell Wu? Eric Adams?

One at a time.

Sure, ignore the most violent and hate filled person in politics today, because it doesn't fit your agenda.  Smart move.

He won't be in jail regardless.  It's all just a waste of time.

I think a heavy fine and house arrest & probation is a reasonable expectation.  That said, I put nothing past the liberals (politicians/activists/judges).

Having a President who had been fined and on house arrest would be on par for our country.

You are a joke.  You asswipes hear Trump tell his followers to protest peacefully and you turn it into a call for an attack.  Just GTFO.

It will take longer than expected, but eventually Donald Trump will be prosecuted for what occurred on January 6. And then imprisoned: Justice will be served.

For everyone saying all Trump's indictments are political, why did Trump announce he was running for president on November 15, 2022? Everyone agrees that was crazy early! But...he announced it so early because he knew these indictments were coming. He wanted to plant the seeds that his legal issues were political attacks. His supporters ate it up and still spit it out. Regardless, this has all played out exactly how he wanted it to, and it was all predicted here. The 2nd to last paragraph says it all, and it was written in 2022.

Do you think Trump shares any responsibility for what happened that day?  Would those events still have happened if Trump didn't speak at all?

Why?  There is not one element of this crime that has been provided any proof of.   It would crazy, even with the most ridiculous jury instructions in history, to return a guilty verdict.

1.  Cohen's claim that Trump directed his billing in a phone call was completely destroyed when it was shown that that 87 second phone call was for Cohen asking for protection against an online harassed.

2.  Calling a payment tona Lawyer as legal services is accurate even if some of the payments were a reimbursement.

3.  Testimony showed Trump did not direct what category the accountant selected.

4.  The bills and checks are not public records.  They are private records of a private company which no one should ever see, so there was no attempt to defraud the public.

5.  The billing and checks were all done after the election, so they had no possible influence on the election.

So basically, this criminal fascist bastard of a judge will try to give jury instructions which say convict if you feel Trump is bad, and if the jury does not like Trump they might get a conviction.  But it will not be based on any law.

You spent too much time on this post.  I don't care if there's proof or not... the city, the state, and the judge are doing everything they can to make sure there is a guilty verdict, and that's what I expect.  In NYC, the likelihood of a fair and impartial jury in a trial against Donald Trump is virtually impossible... I think we saw that with E. Jean Carroll trial.

On January 21, 2025, every January 6th victim will be released.  Investigations will done exposing the collusion between Pelosi, capital police, and the FBI to entrap citizens.  People within the FBI will be fired.  That will be the end result.  You little TDS fantasy will never happen.

I didn't follow the sentences of the people who were found guilty of crimes from Jan 6th.  Are you saying that their sentences will run out at that time or that Trump will pardon them on his last day in office?

The prosecution is planning on taking four hours plus for closing arguments. Further proof of this sham.

Even the ones who violently assaulted police officers? It would probably not surprise anyone here that you feel the violent offenders (captured on camera) should be released to.

Judge Merchan to jurors before closing arguments: "You are the finders of fact, and it is for you and for you alone to determine the facts from the evidence."

He reminded the jury that the "lawyers are not witnesses," and nothing in their summations constitutes "evidence."

"You and you alone are the judges of the facts in this case."

Absolutely.  The whole event was entrapment and even so 99 percent  the charges were trumped up nonsense which would not have been charged unless they were anti-establishment types.

1.  It was clearly entrapment

2.  Every Jan 6er was overcharged with enhancements which did not even apply.

A person can be entrapped into violently assaulting a police officer with clubs, flag poles, bear spray and other items they brought with them?

Seriously? If any of their attorneys made that argument it is no wonder they were found guilty.
