Respond like a 15 year old, stomp your feet, call names, insult, and ignore facts written in plain English. Yeah, now I know what I'm dealing with.

Or, conversely, respond like a petulant child when you're Snopes link blows up in your face and act like it's everyone else that is the problem.

I see the liberal side of the house here at the GC has added yet another retard to their ranks.

Seriously, you used a Snopes link to "back up" your argument.  That's about as dumb as it gets.

Again, when has Snopes been shown wrong in their fact checking, which they did not immediately correct when informed of their error?

I'll admit that this Katie Phang is not hard on the eyes.  Relatively unusual for a progressive woman.

Per your link. Snopes issue a retraction when their error was pointed out to them, which confirms what I said.

No, not just when pressured. Snopes has never claimed that their fact checking is infallible. When they have made an error and it is pointed out to them, they always make a correction.

They make a lot of corrections.  But they get out front with the propaganda. And then do it all over again. You just don’t won’t get it. You like being lied to.

It’s Day 23/Day 2 of Verdict Watch of Trump’s NY election interference trial. The jury returns at 9:30 am ET to resume deliberations.

But first they will have 4 read backs by a court reporter of testimony by key witnesses, David Pecker and Michael Cohen.

The jury will also advise Judge Merchan as to whether it wants all of the jury instructions read back or just a select few.

Court is now in session.

You have to be a brain-dead idiot to believe there is any legitimacy to this case and what the court is doing.   This is the most political and most rigged case in the history of this country.  What a focking disgrace.

JUST IN: The jury has another note. (Note #3)

It appears the jury wants a readback of how they should consider the evidence, including what inferences they can draw, as well as a re-read of the instructions pertinent to Count One.

Judge Merchan says he interprets their request as asking to be re-read pages 7-35 of the jury instructions.

In addition: The jurors also asked for headphones for the laptop that is inside the deliberations room with them. Judge Merchan responds that he can provide headphones or speakers, and the parties ask that he give both to the jury.

The note becomes Court's Exhibit #6.

    • Cohen’s testimony about the Trump Tower meeting

I don't think that bodes well for Trump if they are going over the details of when this was all hatched up.

It is one of those think that cuts both ways and legal commentators are not all in agreement what it means.

But it disputes the claim that has been made that the case is rigged with jurors against Trump (why would they bother to have this testimony read back to them if they have already decided he is guilty?)

Several jurors are taking notes as Judge Merchan reads back this portion of the Jury Instructions.

Each and every juror is engaged and their body language appears that they are focused on Judge Merchan and what he is reading. Several continue to take notes as Merchan speaks.

I hope they are reading back, and the jury is taking notes on, the instruction that says if the jury finds that a witness lied on any point during their testimony that the jury can discount their entire testimony as not credible..  If so, the jury will be able to discount the entire prosecution case and this trial will be over by lunchtime.

Like so many young people today, Sean Mooney seeks out victimhood status, and will embellish or even outright lie to achieve it. Jussie Smoolet.

The court reporter is asking the questions and her colleague is seated in the witness stand answering them.

They've read back the second and the third portion read backs also so far.

To be clear: the two sides agreed on three of the four testimony readbacks last night. There was one disputed read back (Pecker's testimony regarding the 2015 TT meeting). The judge ruled this morning on what was going to be the extent of the read back.

There are two lawyers on this jury.  I can see one being an ignorant lunatic like Worms. But two? Only in NY folks, only in NY.

Yeah, I am not sure it was wise.  For a legit prosecution, having attorney's would help get a conviction.  But here any competent attorney would be appalled at the total disregard for law and justice unless they are TDS.

Two TDS lawyers in NYC is not only possible, but more than likely. Then you have to factor in what happens to them professionally if they hold out and Trump walks. A lawyer without a good name in NYC may as well hang it up.  Easily replaced. The left has already shown their willingness to ruin people with their do not hire lists for anyone that worked for Trump.

Wanting the instructions re-read on drawing inferences could be bad for Trump. What I’ve been saying all along is even if you completely disregard the entirety of cohen’s testimony, you can still easily get there through circumstantial evidence and inferences (which is how most cases are made)

Have you ever heard of a trial where the jury was not given a hard copy of the jury instructions????  This judge is so bizzare.  It is as if the judge wants to control how the jury hears the instructions and to be able to spin it.
