Debates, townhalls, candidate forums....it's come up plenty of times. He's never hedged on it or even put forth that maybe it wasn't as popular a thing to do as he thinks it was.

I have not witnessed him being questioned, but I suggest that if you can show me, I would welcome that. its just not something I would care about, so I have not probably noticed it. 

I would not be crazy to think that someone asked him about it, so by all means, share with me and bring me what you have so I can learn more.
