On the broader scale of what you said- I don't know if it's lying so much as selling their pitch as truth. All media does it across every spectrum. I don't pick and choose one side as being above it over another.

The one guy on CNN perfectly sums up why the dems lost. He would literally not listen to the idea that normal people do not believe a boy can be a girl or a girl can be a boy. He melts down at just the suggestion of it. He goes out of his way to mention that polling has not shown that trans issues were one of the reasons they lost. Yet conveniently there was no question regarding that issue on the exit polls.

It is something that I hope those on the left now start to better understand.   A review of the Biden administration is the case study.  Consider the impactful lies told by the politicians, that was dutifully echoed by the media.

And on the rare occasion where the media stepped outside the liberal cult and asked valid questions, they were admonished by the politicians for it, and then the media got right back in line.
