What's going to be the argument against Trump if he resolves the war in Ukraine?

I'm fine with pressuring Europe to step up and contribute more instead of leaving so much of it up to us. They more at stake than we do, but just walking away from Ukraine now would be quite dangerous for us in the long run. Putin isn't going to stop at Ukraine.
