Damn right.

Actually, there is evidence.  They've shown it.  In fact, TWO judges found him to be a gang member.

This is false.   You can kinda say one court did, but really all it said was that the criminal informant who made that claim “appeared trustworthy.”  The appeals court did NOT “find him to be a gang member,” it just said he didn’t provide enough evidence to “prove he wasn’t a danger.”

I dunno man. @Cdub100 is definitely for real, but you…let’s just say I’m starting to have my doubts. You try just a little bit too hard.

If you pulled an American from the 1800s they’d say we already ruined the constitution.  And you lefties need to quit pretending to care about it, you don’t. You just use it as a document to protect non Americans and your gay pedo bullish!t.

Are we?  Are we really?  Sure, okay.

In any event, he is a citizen of El Salvador, not the US.  He is back home where he belongs.  Not a good look for you to be supporting illegal aliens who are gang members and beat their wife and then advocating TO BRING THEM BACK TO THE US!

Like I told Tim, you guys are on the wrong side of history once again.  Just like you were with slavery, Jim Crowe and the KKK.  This has backfired spectacularly on the Democrats.

Since they have apparently moved him out of CECOT, maybe we aren’t.  Which is kinda weird that they did that since Bukele stated definitively he was a terrorist and I thought CECOT was supposed to be the terrorist prison.

Serious question though, if we deport someone that has not been charged with a crime other than entering the US illegally, they’re not usually put in jail in their home country right?  Thats one of the bigger issues here IMO

Imagine if Democrats cared for the American people as much as they cared for a wife-beating, MS-13 gang member, human trafficking, illegal alien.

Not a single Jew signed the declaration of independence or the constitution, what’s up with that?

City streets wouldn't be full of drug addicts too.

It's not false. Two United States immigration courts found that he had MS-13 ties, which is why he was deported.

Nope.  The first just said it “appeared trustworthy” in order to deny bond, and the  second just said he didn’t prove he wasn’t a danger.

Hey @Hardcore troubadour earlier today you suggested that we should just trust ICE and DHS to know what they’re doing, who needs a court hearing right? Check out this story:

https://floridaphoenix.com/2025/04/17/u-s-born-man-held-for-ice-under-floridas-new-anti-immigration-law/

Here we have an American citizen with a birth certificate seized by ICE and detained for days. Oops. Does this bother you at all?

No it was one case. The 1st judge just relied on ICE’s reliance on the informant (which frankly I’m fine with). There was a second affidavit that said he was just picked up for loitering outside a Home Depot (ie looking for work), not for gang affiliation, so it was contradictory to begin with.

The subsequent court did not even reference MS-13. as the 2nd judge released him.

Here’s the most important thing - in 2019 the Trump administration’s ICE did not appeal the decision. Instead the Trump administration’s ICE just did his check ins like the Biden administration.

I can't find proof that he was charged but his wife took out a protective order against him for multiple instances of DV. Fock him.

Allegedly.  Even if he did it doesn’t mean he should go to prison for life

A jury unanimously found that he sexually assaulted E. Jean Carroll, although she characterized it as a rape.

Eh more to the point Ivana Trump claimed Donald raped her in her divorce pleadings. Carroll claimed that Trump tried to rape her but failed due to mechanical issues.

Collateral damage. No one was hurt though. You’re ok with the collateral damage of women being raped and murdered due to your stance on the border. I’m better than you.

You liberals are so brainwashed and senseless. Of course, we all knew this already.

He should know if he's going to make such a massive spectacle of it. Maybe it was the tattoos on the guys hand that made him not so certain. He probably didn't realize what the tattoos meant until he saw the image Trump posted.

Can you link me to a photo of someone else in MS 13 having those same tattoos?

I find the rhetoric scary: the utter rage that the MAGA folks feel about this issue (illegal immigration). I’ve seen it here too, when they blame people like me and you for rape and murder and wish the same on our families. It’s become a hatred that can’t be reasoned with. The guy from Judicial Watch that is urging Trump to suspend habeus corpus probably represents a lot of people. They don’t care about liberties at this point.
Seriously this is how dictatorships come to be.
