I tell u what I’m not going to resort to name calling just as I teach my children. But let’s both hope this country doesn’t keep sliding off the side of a cliff. Now back to point of topic, once again, admin needs to release all the files and/or lists immediately so there can be true justice

I've made the mistake of re-engaging on this.  Last comment and I'm done.

Walk me through another situation where the government collected testimony, determined not to prosecute, then released the data they collected anyway.

I am asking you to explain your answer, If you don’t want to then don’t. Spare the dramatics. I don’t think you are really getting put out here.

In any case if a person was passing large amounts of money to Epstein then who gives a shet if their name is tossed out there. Too bad.

Bill Gatea for example. His name has been tossed out there. Let him clear himself.

There have been TWO arrests for this.

So anyone "tossing" someone's name "out there" should force a person to be on the defensive and have to prove their innocence of whatever it is.

Got it.

Horsesh1t thinks trump wasn't smart enough to create that card in 2003

Like it even matters though, whether he created it or someone did it for him, he signed it.  But he didn't look at it.  He's dumb enough to sign some creepy card without looking at it.

I know Jerry isn't stupid enough to believe that theory, he's just dishonest.  But horsesh1t actually is stupid enough to believe it.

Horsesh1t doesn't even realize that the huge golf checks are novelty.

Thats not even the trump story.  Trump still maintains he didn't create it, he didn't sign it, which would take even more leaps to explain how it got into the book.

Let me help you folks out.  Here is what you should be saying.  It's very likely trump created the card or at the very least signed it and knew about it.  It's a bad look for Trump but still doesn't prove he raped anyone.  Which is all true.

But it's another example on top of a pile where Trump looks really really bad, and your defense of him looks really really bad.

Jeffrey Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell exchanged cryptic emails about removing President Donald Trump from a list of high-powered people Maxwell sent Epstein shortly after he was criminally charged in 2006, according to emails reviewed Bloomberg that Trump denied—the latest allegation linking Trump to the convicted sex offender amid a flurry of new evidence connecting the pair.

Imagine sitters by behind your keyboard and calling a billionaire POTUS dumb.

I don’t care for Jeff Bezoss’ politics, but I know he isn’t dumb. I also don’t have BDS

I don’t know why @Horseman is doing that.  I actually think Trump knew how to use a computer in 2003 (and 2025).

I already answered this:

To answer your followup of "but why did they say they would?!" the likely answer was that they got there thinking they would, but through combinations of legal and other advice, they didn't.  And yes, "other" likely includes "you don't want to piss off these people."

This isn't a whataboutism, but I always respected Obama for not closing Gitmo.  Remember how he was going to close it on day 1?  Yeah, he never did.  The rational explanation was that he got into office and was privy to the reasons it was still being used, reasons that you don't learn as a candidate.

I'm tagging @SaintsInDome2006in hopes that he reads it and doesn't engage with me again without reading what I wrote.  I'd tag Gutter as well, but he is a hopeless cause.

So they say on the campaign trail they are going to release everything.

February 27th, 2025 they make a huge production of giving binders to all these MAGA influencers and call it "The Epstein Files: Phase 1." Before that Bondi said there is a list sitting on my desk.

Then in July they say "There is no list" and try to make it as some Democrat conspiracy. Why wouldn't they consult all their legal advice and everything before they started putting anything else or popping off at the mouth?

Furthermore, I didn't say a birthday card was like enacting federal law you dink. I said people say Trump is a genius but then also say he is just signing things in a similar way as Biden was without reading it. Which is something you floated on page 58 here.

I'd have far more respect if you'd say what is almost assuredly the correct answer- they never had any intention of releasing anything from the list. No one does.

Hey Jerry - I got it & actually agree. That was the basis for the judge, the Bush, Obama, Trump1 & Biden administration for not releasing the material. It’s longstanding DOJ policy & I agree with it. Problem is the Trump2 administration has completely rejected that policy & even created a special projects office for Ed Martin, who couldn’t cut it as USA for DC, to dredge up innuendo on any political opponents the President directs him to.

Now I didn’t direct a post towards you about that but I’m glad to see someone raise it. I did ask you about a totally separate item in the JE birthday book, but seriously you don’t have to respond. I was just curious. Have a good one.

Guys let me help on this one. In this country we’ve decided legally the President had limitless power & morally there is no behavior which disqualifies any President from holding office. So no hypothetically we can’t ever get any president for anything. We can’t even make him leave office.

Limitless power? The courts keep telling him no and he keeps listening. This type of rhetoric is getting people killed. Stop it.

Say you wire transferred 300K to the Epstein rape fund. Yeah not to worried about that person having to explain what was going on. You probably thought  Hillary assassinates people and ran a child blood harvesting cabal out of a pizza parlor in DC so it’s not like these people aren't sort of familiar with this type of thing.

The comedy value of watching people like you twist themselves up in knots about stuff like this birthday card love letter to buddy Epstein from Don is bonus content,

Because the Court gave Trump a personal loophole he could drive a lorry through & now it relates to all presidents. The President decides what’s an official act. Go see what they’ve done with emergency powers.

And how are we going to find out about this domestic battery? DOJ? A President can fire the FBI director. Congress? Nope, executive authority.

Other than the obvious conclusion that Trump didn't actually create that card, the bolded is what I said.  I even speculated that his narcissism causes him to be a compulsive denier.

I really need to start engaging with people who can read.  :(

The only question is to what extent he read it.  I'm sure he knew enough about his buddy to know an outline of a naked woman wouldn't be out of place. To what extent he read, absorbed, parsed, edited the text, I can't say.  Donald is definitely a detail guy though, so I'm sure he went over every word with a fine-toothed comb.

You're speculating if he "read" the card.  That's weak.  He clearly read the card, signed it, had a good laugh, and was happy to do it for his longtime friend.

Yeah this is what I’m confused about it.  If he read it and signed it, doesn’t that mean he approved of what it said?

Obviously nothing that could be used in a criminal court, but talking about “wonderful secrets” to a guy who owned a pedo island isn’t a good look.

It's weak?  My model of Trump in 2003 is that he was hella busy doing a bunch of things.  Your model of Trump for all time is that he was and is a fascist Nazi pedo Satan, so that is where your "strong" speculation comes from.  You are just so deep down the TDS rabbit hole that you can't see out of it.
