3 dead, 8 wounded in early morning NYC restaurant mass shooting

Recommended Posts

Three people were killed and eight others wounded when multiple gunmen opened fire inside a Brooklyn hookah lounge and restaurant around closing time Sunday morning.

Officers responded to calls of a shooting inside Taste of the City Lounge at 903 Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights just before 3:30 a.m., NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said at a press briefing.

The three people killed were all men, ages 27, 35 and one whose age wasn’t immediately known, cops said. All three were pronounced dead at the scene

No arrests were made in the shooting, and the suspects have yet to be identified.

The eight wounded victims — five men and three women — were taken to local hospitals with what cops said were non-life-threatening injuries.

They should make carrying a gun in NYC illegal. That way things like this couldn't happen.

Thoughts and Prayers

Sad how things are going in a once proud city

40 years ago the names would be Tony, Mario, and Giovanni

15 years ago the names would be Andre, Tyrone, and Malik

In today’s Zoltar New York the names are Abdullah, Mohammed, and Ahmed

Unless it is in the 🌈 area of town (Lance, Trevor and Bruce)

Yes , look at Massachusetts

copy and paste squissy-style  👇

Editorial: Less Than 1,000 Days to Ruin Massachusetts
By Jon Fetherston

@MassGovernor has now been in office for 956 days. In less than three years, she has managed to accomplish what many thought impossible: she has taken a once proud Commonwealth and driven it into chaos.

The numbers don’t lie. Massachusetts is bleeding taxpayers, families, and businesses. Our housing crisis has deepened, not eased. Healey’s “Healey Hotels” fiasco has spent billions on emergency migrant shelters while veterans and working families wait for help. Public safety has deteriorated, crime is up, shoplifting has become so rampant that toothpaste and socks are locked behind glass, and the State Police are mired in yet another round of corruption scandals.

Education, once Massachusetts’ crown jewel, is faltering. Test scores are falling, school districts are crippled by bus driver shortages, and college is more expensive than ever despite “free community college” promises. Energy costs are soaring because of short sighted green experiments, while solar farms and offshore wind projects deliver little but higher bills.

And through it all, Healey has been missing in action. Instead of leadership, we get press conferences, virtue signaling, and empty promises. Instead of accountability, we get secrecy and excuses. Instead of fighting for the people of Massachusetts, she has pandered to political allies and special interests.

Nine hundred and fifty six days. That’s all it has taken to make Massachusetts less safe, less affordable, and less fair. If this is the record she runs on, then the people of this state should demand better, much better. Because Massachusetts deserves leadership, not collapse.

It's horrible. They want to end America as we know it. They love violence, crime, mentally ill crossdressers and disorder.

People like tim are a danger to the country. They encourage illegals to come here and then exploit them. Illegals committing crimes are a direct result of their actions . Imagine giving an illegal a cdl license to run amok all over the country and killing people. Their ideas and actions are a clear and present danger

I guess Maximum Tranny learned his lesson about blaming every shooting on libs before having all of the information.  Just say it’s the liberal mayor’s fault and then you can blame it on libs regardless of who the shooter actually is

NYC does have a fraction of the gun violence that other big cities have 🤔

Guess what all of these cities have in common

- Cities with High Gun Violence Rates:

Memphis, Tennessee: Ranked as one of the cities with the highest homicide rates in the U.S.

St. Louis, Missouri: Has a high rate of aggravated assaults and overall violent crime.

Baltimore, Maryland: Experiences high rates of gun violence and homicides.

New Orleans, Louisiana: Consistently high murder rates, contributing to Louisiana's high state murder rate.

Detroit, Michigan: Has a history of high violent crime rates, including gun violence.

Washington, D.C.: Has seen increases in gun homicides.

Chicago, Illinois: While Chicago's homicide rate is an outlier among major U.S. cities, it's important to note that gun homicides increased significantly in 2020.

10/4 is a fraction so you are correct.

So just some inside dope, NYC under Adams has started to count a mass shooting as one shooting, not separate shootings as had been done in the past. They cook the stats like a steak dinner.  Don’t believe them.

Those damn White gangs again!!! 😂

NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said investigators believed up to four people fired guns during the nightclub shootout. Forty-two shell casings were recovered at the scene and a gun was recovered nearby, but officials couldn't say yet whether it was linked to the incident

The shooting appears to be gang-related and "some of the victims were involved in the shooting incident," the commissioner said
