Nah.  The one who is the AG, although I think she's an AAG, but anyways, her boss made her watch this video in his presence and then sent her home to think about what she'd done before he disciplines her.  I think that's awesome.  Would have loved to be a fly on the wall when she watched her antics in the presence of the RI AG.

I heard the RI AG talk about this and he basically said that good AAG are hard to find but she's going to get an unpaid suspension at the very least.  Sounds like he wasn't planning on firing her.

I'm on the fence.  I can see her get fired but who's going to take care of her if she can't get a job?  I would think a severe suspension would be good enough, but I could go either way on this.

She can open up a private practice focusing on DUI defense.  She will have a lot of credibility with her clients.
