The argument goes that private businesses or individuals should be free to what they like, including discriminate. If a business openly discriminates then the public will punish that business by refusing to purchase its product. Thus the marketplace if left alone produces a better result than if people are forced to behave well. People resent being forced to do anything and it results in backlash against the minorities we are trying to help. Again I don’t agree with this argument, but it’s legitimate. KSB2424 3,152 Posted 10 hours ago No sane person would go this far out of their way to make excuses for the assassination of a person like Charlie Kirk unless they have NOT watched full clips of his rallies and speeches OR is a kid toucher themselves. Gutter doth protests to much. He’s shown to have too much skin (maybe foreskin) in this sick game. It’s time to call out these sick people once and for all. See something say something. TimHauck 3,117 Posted 2 hours ago Some comments from others in the discord chat after the shooting: Prior to Robinson's message, members of the chat posted their reactions upon the news of Kirk being shot at Utah Valley University's campus. “Charlie Kirk got shot,” one friend wrote Wednesday afternoon. “I just saw the video holy s---,” another user wrote about an hour and a half later. “Bro didn’t deserve to go out like that sad.” Robinson was silent. His only activity in the chat following Kirk's assassination was when he confessed that he was responsible for it. When Robinson confessed in the Discord, no one responded until the next day when a friend asked the group to "pray for Tyler and his repentance." He then asked for prayers for Kirk. “While Charlie Kirk’s politics were not acceptable to some I ask that we all say a prayer for him and his family during these confusing times,” the friend wrote. https://wjactv.com/news/nation-world/tyler-robinsons-shocking-discord-admission-it-was-me-at-uvu-yesterday Doesn’t really sound like a group of far left violent transtifa activists to me. In this one, he corrected the kid that he didn't say it should be overturned, he said it was a mistake. Kid says that's crazy. Charlie challenges him to try to figure it out. Kid is well spoken, well dressed, Charlie is pushing his mind to think. … ETA: My first paragraph is a great example of why the Left hated him. He treated that kid like an intelligent young man who could grow to have complex liberal philosophical discussions. The Left doesn't want that for black kids. The Left wants them to hear happy things as they grow into the next generation of subservient voting block. I posted it but it’s not a great exchange. The kid’s name is Knowa De Baraso, he’s a podcaster, obviously mature beyond his years. On the one hand it’s ambushing Kirk in the middle of some event or public place, on the other you’ve got Kirk giving a dismissive ’go figure it out it’ in response, which didn’t answer the question. De Baraso appears to be doing quite well & appears to have a bright future, so the stuff you mentioned doesn’t hold water in that instance. Also, De Baraso’s retort that he wouldn’t be there without the 64 CRA (educated, with a career) is succinct & arguably correct. We don’t know his background but obviously he does. I’ll get to your other points in a bit.

Kirk’s TPUSA site does not post a link to this show (& FAIK none of his events, I don’t know). Again for some reason TPUSA will not release the video or transcript of this event. - Again, on sourcing. Kirk has his own channel on Rumble, that’s what you posted from. Rumble is itself host to many extreme right hosts, writers & content creators. For instance, Nick Fuentes is on that site as is Laura Loomer.
HellToupee 2,004 Posted 1 hour ago Armed Queers of SLC are under investigation. Ermiya Fanaeian is a Palestinian/trans “immigrant “ “Their leader, Ermiya Fanaeian, was recognized by a State Dept–affiliated NGO, Utah Global Diplomacy, as a recipient of the "7 for 17" Award for advancing the UN's 17 Goals “ SLC Armed Queers is not "adjacent" to the honor that Ermiya Fanaeian got from Utah Global Diplomacy. Utah Global Diplomacy specifically awarded her for her work with trans people, of which SLC Armed Queers is key. This may be why they scrubbed their pages.“ She specifically works to arm queer and trans communities for "communal militant defense."
SaintsInDome2006 484 Posted 1 hour ago 12 hours ago, jerryskids said: Kirk thought the CRA created a DEI monster that was anti-Constitutional in its suppression of free speech and in creating an anti-white bureaucracy. Unless you think he meant that coloreds shouldn't go to the same school as whites, like Gutter seems to since he included it in his mindless cut and paste. In which case I'm done with the discussion. About the content of what Kirk said. - You’ve agreed (TIA) that Kirk did say this: “I have a very, very radical view on this, but I can defend it, and I've thought about it. We made a huge mistake when we passed the Civil Rights Act in the mid-1960s.“ Kirk himself says his position is “very, very radical.” Thats not liberals or the mad left, Thats Kirk. This is the discussion from Rumble: >>CHARLIE KIRK (HOST): The Civil Rights Act, though, let's be clear, created a beast, and that beast has now turned into an anti-white weapon. JEREMY CARL (GUEST): Yeah. And that -- and that's -- and that's the reality, and so we just need to fundamentally relook at a lot of our civil rights legal regime. And without that, even though I don't think it's, sort of, the magic bullet -- but I think without that, there's limits to the amount of progress we're gonna make.<< >>KIRK: Well and I wanna … but if you have unapologetic, ferocious anti-white racism, then young whites are gonna find some very radical political positions.<< I’ve clipped out the parts about the big bad media so we can focus on the context. Have I missed anything substantive as to the CRA here? Please let me know. Kirk did not call for repeal of the CRA, but he framed it as “anti-white”. But the guest calls for a fundamental reexamination - & I take it retooling - of the legal regime, & suggests that’d be impossible without repeal. He may be right about that. He also says there’s no “magic bullet” - IMO that meant there was *no way they were going to be able to repeal the CRA. Kirk switched to discussing the media, to me suggesting they stood in the way, but he might feel differently now. That speech he gave was in December 2023. A lot of alarming things have happened since then. If their leader instructed the GOP to repeal the CRA I think the Congress would do it. There’s nothing in Kirk’s commentary - it’s a beast, it’s anti-white, it’s ferocious, it’s a ***weapon - to indicate he would support keeping it. Honestly I don’t know why anyone who agrees with him would. Also, if Kirk described himself as “very, very radical” then what were the “very radical positions” that Kirk expressed concern about? That’s the context.
