So, I've seen some recent stuff about Erica Kirk; well, kind of recent. The Medal of Freedom and all of that, and then her at the memorial. There's something...off. 

I wish I could elaborate more on that, but there's just something that's weird. Maybe it's nothing, and it's just her way of grieving, which I have very strong to each their own when it comes to grieving....but there's something just.....weird.

I'm going to guess that the volume of death threats the Charlie got, they've talked about "if something should happen".  Not sure what you're referring to specifically though.  Personally, I haven't watched any of it.

Maybe this is it, then. I mean, I can't imagine going through the brutal murder of her husband, two small kids, and then having to step up to run his organization. It's likely me just looking into it too much.

I agree with you on some level.  But I used to be fairly religious in my youth and spent a good amount of time with true believers.  And some of those people care more about God than their human spouse.  So when something like this happens, instead of cursing it, they look at it as "God's will.". It doesn't mean they aren't sad or don't mourn but they believe there is a purpose to it and carry on trying to serve whatever they think that purpose is.  I would be devastated if that happened to me, especially at that age with multiple small children, but that may be one reason I separated from that life.

I know I am judging her reaction, and that makes me feel bad because of all that she and her family have gone through.

Look she was married to a bad man. He didn’t deserve to die, but that doesn’t change the fact that he had disgusting, bigoted views about blacks, women, gays, Muslims, Latinos, and trans people. He was also dishonest and power hungry.
