NFL Week 2 Observations - what do you see?

Recommended Posts

The Lions offense seems to be back on track. The question becomes, was the offense out of sync week 1, or is the Packers defense truly elite this year ?

Rome Odunze is clearly the WR1 in Chicago.

The Jags were idiots for trading all that draft capital for Travis Hunter.

Kaleb Johnson is practice squad fodder

Etienne is an RB1

Daboll still shouldn't have a job.

Steelers defense is way overrated this year. They can’t stop anybody

Dallas is even worse

Like it was said before, Fields is going to be good only 50% of the games , and why do people continue to draft qbs in the single digit rounds?  Shame.

Looks like Henry will be on a pitch count again this season.

Nobody drafted Fields as their QB1 or in single digit rounds

I drafted him as my qb1.  But he got a concussion.  Not sure what he's crowing about.  The guy got hurt.

That’s right!  These people are so dumb.  You don’t draft a QB before Thanksgiving, and you don’t draft a TE before Christmas!  It’s just common sense!

Nice to see marvin harrison jr turn back into the jag-wagon he is.  I was confused at why he did something last week.

Jason Garrett lecturing on coaches making suboptimal decisions based on jags coach going for it late up 3.  😳

The Rb job in Pittsburgh without question belongs to J Warren, it was posted before the season that he had a great adp.

Indy is the real deal and Indiana Jones (previously known as Danny Dimes) will be first ballot HOF.

When the 49ers bring in new players to evaluate, the first two questions their medical team asks is, "Have you ever had turf toe?" and "Why not?"

Odunze is a dude

Caleb is a bum

McCarthy missed several throws we could make and was shockingly awful

Travis Hunter is mediocre at both offense and defense.  Better defensive player.  The hub bub around him causing distraction in overall offensive flow

I MIGHT be selling Egbuka on TD efficiency depending on return.  He was what 4th in total receiving yards on a team that has Godwin returning soon?

A lot of these rookie RBs are bums.  jeanty, Hampton, Henderson.  What was everyone doing in redraft drafting these guys as week 1 starters?

I have a lot of RJ Harvey dynasty stashed with low panic levels.   I kind of expected Dobbins to be a thing.  Didn’t expect the lack of PPR targets.   Expect that to increase season long

a lot of people might owe skatebo an apology.  For a ‘limited’ athlete his 100 effort was all over the tape.

As a henderson drafter in one league, all I can say is I was focking up apparently.

Hampton and Harris have been awful, the Chargers lost their best player during the preseason when their tackle was lost for the season.

NFL teams are so weird.  Hunter renfrow cut presumably because the Panthers liked coker.  Resign him and now he's second on the team in targets.

And I get it.  You wanted to keep jimmy horn as your slot guy/kick returner (who you had inactive week 2), but you also kept Bryce Tremaine to back up Xavier Legette.  and both of them aren't as productive as renfrow.

I guess this Brycen guy probably plays special teams and all that, but it just seems odd that you'd just cut someone that can be that productive.

Judkins & Skatt are definitely heading in the right direction.
