Other coaches on the hot seat include Pete Carroll (Raiders), Jonathan Gannon (Cardinals), and Kevin Stefanski (Browns), while coordinators like Brian Flores, Jesse Minter, and Klint Kubiak are candidates for head coaching jobs or facing potential dismissal. The "Black Monday" firings are ongoing as teams evaluate performance, with several GM and coaching positions expected to open up.

Matt Nagy is interviewing in Tennessee.   Sounds like he would leave KC for another coordinator position where he could call plays.

They should fire Andy Reid for what has happened in KC. So sad, a once iconic franchise is now a last place joke.

As a Steelers fan I’m hoping he’s the Bengals coach for a longtime

Many people are saying Mike Tomlin would love to coach Burrow and WRs with a ranking above 60 on Madden.

I'm sure he had his faults, but this seems like a good coach got screwed by a bad GM and piss-poor QB play.

Take solace in knowing as long as you have Burrow & Chase you guys will never be the Browns

Browns probably figured he earned the right to go.

Great coach. Browns did him and whoever hires him a huge favor.

Never understood the Carroll hire.  Oh hes going to bring some stabilization to that organization!  Why?  Because hes old and used to have some success?  Why would you want to grind to 7 wins anyway?  That hire made absolutely no sense and some people ate it up as if thr Raiders would be decent this year.  It could have just been a placeholder tank move if they felt they couldnt land a coach they really wanted to work with for a few years.  Which would make some sense.

Being unstable is part of Raiders culture.

Totally agreed. Desperation move by an irrelevant and incompetent organization. Trading for Geno and drafting a RB Top 10 were dumb moves too.

I don't have much of an opinion on Stefanski but seems like he was a good coach and he won coach of the year.  Reminds me of Vrabel.  It was pretty clear he wasn't the problem in Tennessee but they got rid of him.  He's probably pretty happy with that at this point.

Game management is terrible.  Playcalling is suspect.  Rarely has team ready to play.

You may be right, I did forget their slow starts to seasons.

But itd help if his highly paid franchise QB played games.  The whole team is setup for Burrow and weapons.  Thats what they paid for.  So if Burrow goes down the WRs are obsolete.   Is it his fault the GMing and direction of building that roster is so bad?  Or what they refused to trade Hendrickson and he got hurt?

He went to a SB then lost AFCG following year to Chiefs by 3.   They have missed the playoffs 3 straight years...his QB is made of glass, his defense blows.  I dont watch all of their games but seems on paper much of this isnt his fault.   They trade for Flacco in middle of season, he comes right in and starts with no time in house and puts up 18, 33, 38, 42 pts.

They need a change.  Taylor is not the guy.  Don’t get me wrong, Tobin stinks and Mike Brown is awful.  They won’t sustain any success as long as the Brown Family runs things like they always have been.

There will never be "a guy" as long as the Browns own that franchise. It's been a laughingstock for decades. Had they not fortuitously grabbed 2 excellent QB's at #1 overall, they'd be on a streak of something like 35 consecutive losing seasons. I feel for their fans.

Im not calling Taylor some top end HC.  But hes been good enough to appear in a SB, pretty close to 2 straight appearances.  Hes an offensive guy who doesnt have GM duties.  The defense, paying players, drafting players seems like not his fault.  If they keep having a bottom end defense and Burrow keeps getting hurt....not sure what offensive coach is going to come in and fix that.

Does Burrow back him?  If so not sure how you can him when the defense, GMing, and franchise QB hurt is what holds them back each year.

Zack Taylor needs an owner and GM who want to spend and know how to spend it.

There are only a few coaches who are real needle movers.  Not sure any of them are out there sitting around.  Fans always want coaches canned if they dont produce winning seasons each year.  But the question always is "replace him with who".

Lafleur, Derm, Dan Campbell have all not made it as far as Taylor, yet all of their jobs are safe as hell.

They had a winning record this season with Burrow under center, even with a dumpster fire defense.  If Burrow stays healthy, they probably win that division this year.  Is a new coach going to sprikle fairy dust on Burrow and make him less injury prone?

Dan Campbell did lose his coordinators, which is tough to overcome. However, they brought back nearly their entire team.

I would not want him as a coach. He's an asshat

Sources: The #Titans have requested to interview #Chiefs DC Steve Spagnuolo for their open HC position. Tennessee now has requested both KC coordinators: Matt Nagy and Spagnuolo

More retreads. I would be SHOCKED if Josh McDaniels gets another sniff. With how many retarded owners the NFL has, it is possible.

Did Burrow not bang table to get Tee Higgins a deal?  He needed two #1 WRs.  When you have the T2 highest paid QB by yearly average, the highest paid WR by a bit of a margin (5 mill per year more than 2nd by average) and then make Tee Higgins the 11th highest paid WR.....what exactly do you think the rest of your team is going to look like?
