He was in danger.  Anyone that close to a moving vehicle is in danger, but yes I don't think he was in mortal danger.  Not that what I think matters.  It's what he thinks.

I also don't think it matters in the whole.  She hit him with her car.  At that point his gun was already drawn because she was coming at him he didn't have time to look at slow-mo footage of the wheel angles.  All he knew was some crazy chick hit him with her car.

I just watched the video shown on YouTube on TPUSA,  without question it’s murder.   This officer needs to be executed. 

No reason to pull out his gun, and not a reason to shoot this officer, don’t see any any case were she was going to fun that officer over, trying to get away yes, not worthy of a shooting, if he’s isn't found guilty of murder, USA is in trouble, keep them ready, and hang unto the second.

What is beyond insane to me is that the Renee's partner screams for her "Drive! Drive!" when law enforcement commands her to exit the car.

Everyone is questioning the agent's decision making, but the agent is probably the most jammed up from a decision making process.

He sees a car backing up.  She throws it in drive.  He draws his gun as he's standing in the path.  She hits him!  He fires.  This all happens in seconds.

Meanwhile, no one is questioning the decision making of the driver.  The SJW apparently was following around ice agents all day attempting to obstruct.  She finally agitates them enough to respond to her.  Presumably she's been driving her whole adult life.  So why did she drive into the guy?  Why was she even trying to flee?  So she wouldn't get cuffed?
