 He was not supposed to be in front of the vehicle????  In what world does that justify accelerating towards him??.   The vehicle was stopped when he got in front of it.

The one major difference is thst Babbitt in no way posed an immediate risk to the life of the officer.   That is a major distinction which flips one from justified and the other to unjustified.

At the :41s mark, you hear him scream.  That's the last frame you see the vehicle.  You can see the front bumper from the side.  After that there is a thud sound which is likely his phone in his hand hitting the car which syncs up to the other videos, then from the side the first shot through the windshield and as she drives away the two shots into the drivers side window.  Then he calls her a focking b1tch.  Walks over, sees she's dead, and gets the fock out of there.
