Nor is it a golden shower. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Interesting.  I take a few supplements, but I’m bombarded on you tube with adverts pushing so many. Right now I take beet root capsules, vitamin b-12 and zinc 3 x a week. Plus a multivitamin. Drink a pure protein shake most days. I just don’t trust the ones pushing the supplements. Anyone here take any ? Also, how does this stuff taste?

I just started with this last week - if nothing else it’s delicious- I was eating beet root and turmeric gummies (separately) like candy. Multi / C / THC / CBD / apple cider vinegar/ B / about it.

Does it assuage the menstrual cramping?

No but it increases the size of my sausage. Your mom approves.

Gut heatlh, joint health, liver health, brain health, heart health, eye health, skin health, penile function, prostate and bladder health, sound sleep.  The suppliment industry certainly wants me to worry and to get my money.  It would be nice to know which, if any, are worth the price.  Plenty of testimonials and industry articles/advertizing, but little authoritative word from qualified, unbiased sources.

I get constant ads for a similar product called Dose. I’ll give any infomercial product a try. Do you notice a difference?

What a wonderful time to be an entrepreneur. Saw someone pimping dog treats on next-door.com recently. About $90 per pound because they allegedly contain lamb, which is allegedly good for dogs. FYI: This doesn't mean I'm putting down super milk.

Dogs don't live long no matter how healthy you feed them. Sucks bad though cause they are all better than most humans that live longer! Dogs are amazing and a gift and people not so much.

My secret to health: ignore the bastards, keep drinking, quit smoking in favor of vaping, engage in the consumption of both self- and professionally- prescribed pharmaceuticals, eat what I want when hungry, live with the consequences of my poor choices and hope genetics keeps me alive till I'm tired of the rat race.

No but I'm not against having a few sycophants in my corner. With the disclaimer that I don't know WTF I'm talking about, shouldn't be taken seriously when it comes to espousing healthy behavior, and no one should expect shite from me.

Thanks! Likewise. I enjoy honest, good people that do not pretend to have all the answers. You seem to be among that cohort. Salut!

You're right about dogs not living very long, and that's why I said it's a wonderful time to be an entrepreneur and take advantage of all the suckers out there willing to pay $90 a pound for dog treats. I've cried every time I lost one. I wouldn't be down on people so badly though, there's still a lot of good ones out there.
