so you admit that he’s standing in the street blocking Agent cars were conducting an active apprehension . That’s a felony. You can’t be in possession of a gun while committing a felony. He then is not complying and fighting the officers which is also another major charge. I mean, what rational person does this? If I did this, I would expect all kinds of trouble.

I admit that for like the 10 seconds of video that we have that he was standing in the street.  Not clear if he was blocking anything and it’s especially not clear if there was an “active apprehension” happening.

Seems clear that the video starts with him trying to record DHS’s interaction with the other 2 people (I’ll call them orange backpack and black hoodie).   As they go over to the sidewalk he looks like he’s trying to help black hoodie, then DHS violently shoves orange backpack (weird that Matt Van Grifter conveniently ignored that), then pepper sprays both him and black hoodie.  I’ll acknowledge that what is happening with him and orange backpack after that doesn’t look like “help,” but he could have been out of sorts from being pepper sprayed, which of course could have explained him resisting on the ground as well.

It’s entirely possible he got disoriented from pepper spray when he wasn’t listening and thought he was resisting a cop, but it was some chick. Absolutely possible
