8 pointsIt’s actually a fair question. First off let’s be clear: if Trump wins the election I will wish him well, congratulate his supporters and hope for the best. As before he will be my President and I don’t take that lightly. I want him to succeed in the goal of increasing American safety and prosperity, and if he can accomplish that I will cheer him and be content. I will only oppose Trump if he does bad things. Based on his history I expect him to do so. 1. I believe Trump will weaponize the Department of Justice to go after his political enemies. That is not being done now, has never been done before (though both Nixon and Trump tried). I expect this time Trump will succeed. 2. Trump will attempt to forcibly deport millions of undocumented Americans. This attempt will fail but even the attempt will create untold misery and a great stain on this nations history as well as being an economic disaster. 3. Trump’s tariffs will bring this economy to a screeching halt. 4. Trump will cut off aid to Ukraine, leading to a quick Russian victory and almost guaranteeing a future war in Central Europe which we will be unable to stay out of, 5, Trump’s Project 2025 will strip away consumer protections and generally be a disaster, especially to FEMA and the CDC. The next emergency we face, whatever it is, we will be totally unprepared for. 6. Finally Trump would like to dismantle our Constitution and be a dictator- not just on day one but for the rest of his life. He will not succeed at this but the attempt will be highly damaging and painful . We will survive another Trump term. It won’t be the end of the USA. But it will be highly unpleasant, Id prefer to avoid it.

7 pointsWe will probably physically survive but our Democracy or Democratic Republic won't. Or to put it another way, the USA will survive just as Russia did under Stalin and China did under Mao for decades after they took power.

4 pointsThe court acknowledged they do not “effectively prevent the spread,” but in that very statement called them vaccines. Of course them not effectively preventing the spread has been true since Omicron (not before that) and is widely known.
-
4 pointsDistrict court ruled Jacobson applied. Jacobson was a case involving smallpox vaccines. It ruled the state could enact legislation forcing vaccines for the greater good. The appelate court overturned that ruling and said jacobson did not apply because the palintiffs made a plausible case that the covid vacccines were not traditional vaccines that prevent spread, but instead were medical treatments. Yes. Please read it everybody. Bissy posted a fact check that was in response to something else.

3 pointsI would like to see all conspirators and seditious leftists that undermined his first term and undermined our democracy over the past 8 years rounded up and jailed until they can be tried for treason (eg 1/6 Committee, Russia Interference pushers, lawfare toadies) Anyone Financing or supporting the invaders at the southern border should be neutralized and have all assets frozen and considered an enemy of the state. Round up and deport all bad hombres. Any illegal caught committing a crime gets deported. Finish the Wall Repeal silly Green Energy laws. Energy Independence Clean out all the partisan rot in FBI. Define Antifa as a domestic terror group with bounties on then. Just like the good old days Remove funding from corrupt Ukraine Spend domestically on real infrastructure Refocus our military in a time of peace to prepare for inevitable confrontation with China Classify Transgenderism as a mental illness Define and codify only 2 genders Secure our elections Bring back law and order to urban areas Treat WEF and globalists as enemies of our country and back out of any globalist commitments that compromise US Sovereignty Strengthen our partnerships in this hemisphere Make ending human trafficking and pedophilia ring busting a priority of law enforcement Americans First should drive all decisions

2 pointsI could nitpick details but this is good stuff. There was a time I would never have accepted using the legal system to go after political opponents. I despised "Lock her up" and using legal retribution on the Dems. I hapened to notice that she never did get locked up; we kept going on as usual. Curse the 2024 Democratic Party 1000x over for breaking the pact that has held since the founding of the nation. Using the justice system to go after and lock up their political opponents over complete bullh*t is vile and violating this basic sense of first world decency. The a$$holes pplaud as they tear the country apart. The Dems broke it, they should buy it reap what they sewed. All these Dems who abused the Justice system or their position in public service government jobs for partisan reasons need to go to jail too. I'd supported DeSantis in the primaries for governance reasons but after what they've done to President Trump, take off the gloves. The righteous indignation coming down on these evil partisan Dem hacks will be much more severe with him.

2 pointsThat is false. No court has made such a ruling. https://apnews.com/article/fact-check-supreme-court-covid-vaccine-ruling-714280442487 US Supreme Court did not issue order against COVID-19 vaccines CLAIM: The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that COVID-19 vaccines are not vaccines and that they cause “irreparable damage.” AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. The Supreme Court has issued no such ruling. Posts on social media are reviving a long debunked claim, while some social media users are misrepresenting an unrelated October ruling by a New York state Supreme Court judge. That judge said New York City sanitation workers fired for not getting COVID-19 shots should be reinstated and given back pay, but did not rule on the efficacy of the vaccines themselves. THE FACTS: Claims that the Supreme Court has declared COVID-19 vaccines dangerous, or banned them altogether, have become a fixture of online conspiracy theories. In recent days, the claims have reemerged, with some on social media misrepresenting a real court ruling from New York to bolster the bogus narrative. [...] It is actually an Oct. 24 ruling from New York state Supreme Court Justice Ralph Porzio, whose court is on Staten Island in New York City. Porzio ruled that 16 New York City sanitation workers who were fired in February after not complying with vaccination requirements for city workers should be reinstated and given back pay, the AP reported. The ruling never says COVID-19 vaccines are not vaccines, nor that they cause irreparable damage.

2 pointsIt was a hard foul and is just part of the game. It's just media and goofballs online trying to make something out of nothing.

1 pointWASHINGTON, DC — In the wake of White House statements that labeled coverage of Biden's completely normal and unconcerning 49-second pauses as "maliciously edited deepfakes," official US government sources have confirmed that the seemingly terrible US economy is in fact just another devious deepfake. According to sources in the White House, the rampant inflation, increasingly unsustainable load of debt, and out-of-control government spending are merely a cleverly crafted far-right conspiracy-theory deepfake that has been invented to cast doubt and aspersions on President Biden's excellent, highly commendable, and competent leadership of the country. "Rest assured, Americans — those sky-high gas prices and unaffordable groceries are nothing but a well-done deepfake. I'm surprised you all got fooled so easily," chuckled White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, patronizingly patting a reporter from the New York Post on the head. "In reality, the economy is just fine and the president is absolutely, 100% capable of fulfilling his duties. Hahaha, imagine believing that left-wing policies could lead to anything but a stellar economy! Deepfakes, deepfakes, nothing but CGI and AI!" When asked for comment, President Biden initially appeared to stare blankly at the nearest wall for several minutes without moving before starting to chew on a nearby pencil, but this was later revealed to be "another one of those darn deepfakes" by a White House staffer who confirmed that the President had actually given an eloquent and reassuring answer. At publishing time, the White House had issued a warning that the live-streamed upcoming CNN debate might be seriously marred by deepfakes, depending on how quickly Biden answers questions from the teleprompter.

1 pointAccording to your second paragraph sure. I have hired undocumented immigrants. I have made friends with some. I have personally helped one seek legal protection. I have contributed money to the ACLU to fight for their rights and will continue to do so. Do your worst, buddy.
