Rye & Leaf 0 Posted April 29, 2006 I'm starting to think the #1 will be micheal huff and all the DT talk is just a smoke screen.
Portis26 0 Posted April 29, 2006 I'm starting to think the #1 will be micheal huff and all the DT talk is just a smoke screen. Marv Levy has publically said Huff reminds him of Henry Jones...if he is there at #8, I say they take him. Bunkley is the other option - IMO, not Ngota

Portis26 0 Posted April 29, 2006 I want Justice... (Or trade up for D'Brick if he falls to 5-6 now that Reggie is not #1) Bills may trade down a few spots if someone has manlove for Culter and the other 2 QBs are gone; while gaining an extra pick an Justice. I thought with the signing of OL Tutan Reyes, means they go Dline or Dback with their first pick. Also, I was tick'd off to see Atrain signed, I thought Lionel Gates was going to be the #2 back this season.

Yeah, my brother said the same thing about the Reyes pick, but I want a stud on the OLine... I think Justice will be one. Anyway, I've been thinking the same thing about Cutler. The Bills are in perfect position to trade down to a team that wants Cutler. I've been thinking they should trade down to 13-ish and pick up another 2nd (Maybe giving up a 4th.) Then Take their 2 2nds and a 3rd and trade up into the mid 1st, giving them 2 mid 1sts to get Justice, and another big name. What do the rest of you Bills fans think of that? Finally, I liked Gates, too. He saw VERY limited action so far, but I thought he showed some promise.

Would the Bills brash go Culter at that pick? or stick with the three headed monster of Loseman, Nall, and Holcomb.
Grigs Allmoon 0 Posted April 29, 2006 Would the Bills brash go Culter at that pick? or stick with the three headed monster of Loseman, Nall, and Holcomb. I have heard rumors that they may consider a QB, but I think that is only if Young, or Lienart fall. I'd be astonished if they took Cutler. Edit: That, and I think that is a really far-fetched rumor. lechuza 0 Posted April 29, 2006 definitely hoping for Bunkley or Huff. They could probably trade down a couple spot and still get Bunkley.
zen 0 Posted April 29, 2006 With Super Mario pick, the Bills should trade up and pick Reggie Bush. Another high pick RB would officially dub them the new Lions.
Bill Swerski 0 Posted April 29, 2006 If the Radiers stupidly pass on Leinart, someone needs to wake up Marv and tell him to takes Matty as his franchise QB.
Rye & Leaf 0 Posted April 29, 2006 Matt LionHeart a bill? Maybe?
Thin Spirit 0 Posted April 29, 2006 There is no way the Bills don't take this guy, right?
Quickolas1 80 Posted April 29, 2006 i cant see us taking leinart
Rye & Leaf 0 Posted April 29, 2006 I never thought he would be there. Now that I think about it, I hope they don't pass on him. He is a smart guy - Marv likes that...good character.
Bill Swerski 0 Posted April 29, 2006 I've got a soft spot for the Bills. You NEVER pass on a possible franchise Quarterback at this point in the draft. They have got to take him. Passing on Matt Leinart for Broderick Bunkley would go down as one of the dumbest moves in draft history
DanXIII 8 Posted April 29, 2006 I think Cutler will make a better pro. Just my opinion.
Rye & Leaf 0 Posted April 29, 2006 I have faith in marv....pick him!!!!!!!!!!!

t.j 35 Posted April 29, 2006 Kelly Holcomb, Craig Nall, JP Losman, Matt Leinart, Jay Cutler... which pill are ya gonna take, Buffalo?
DanXIII 8 Posted April 29, 2006 Kelly Holcomb, Craig Nall, JP Losman, Matt Leinart, Jay Cutler... which pill are ya gonna take, Buffalo? I think the JP Losman experiment is officially over.
t.j 35 Posted April 29, 2006 I think the JP Losman experiment is officially over. Yes, I definitely think he is the least-likely choice there. I'm just pointing out what the Bills have if they don't take QB here, I guess.
Orgazmo 2 Posted April 29, 2006 Passing on Matt Leinart for Broderick Bunkley would go down as one of the dumbest moves in draft history Well, they did give Peerless Price a barrel of money and hired Jauron. Find your "happy place" now Bills fans.

Restricted 0 Posted April 29, 2006 Should of atleast traded out...
Rye & Leaf 0 Posted April 29, 2006 They really should have traded down if they wanted this guy...
Eck 0 Posted April 29, 2006 wow... that was terrible... if THAT's the guy they wanted, they could have EASILY moved back (as was mentioned, Philly and Denver were possibilities) and STILL taken him AND had more picks! BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
Thin Spirit 0 Posted April 29, 2006 Now the Patriots just need to lay an egg and the Dolphins are sitting pretty. Not gonna happen, but who cares, the Dolphins and Pats now have four automatic wins each (Jets/Bills) every year for the forseeable future.
shovelheadt 71 Posted April 29, 2006 As a hard core OSU guy, this was a huge reach. IMO, he should have gone no earlier than 20 or so.
