I discovered FFT in August of 99, just before the new format. :blink:

Since the olden times when replys were just listed under the thread topic. Back when half the Sunday morning posts were fake injury reports.

I joined in 1968...summer of love, baby. That was groovy. Unfortunately, a few days after I registered, I ate an entire sheet of acid in a park & couldn't find my way home. For months, I was panhandling and playing the tambourine for spare change on Haight Street when a fella with part of his finger missing asked me if I wanted a job. I asked him if it was fantasy football related. He said no. I needed the cash, though, so I became what he called a "roadie" for this guy and some of his friends. We drove around in a sweet school bus for like 135 years, most of which I remember little of. By the time I came to, I had forgotten my username and password. Had to re-register in 2002.

7 years, 500 posts. You're a machine!!!!!

:lol: Gotcher back Jfb. Just cause your post counts low don't mean you haven't been around the block. No need to waste words and comment on every little thing.

I mean, the board could always use more "Wali/FWP/Griffin" posts I guess. But why bother.

:huh: :thumbsdown:

Remember the good old days when you could just slam for slamming sake? Oh wait, that's still happening today isn't it?

Way back in the day, ff geeks were true ff geeks. We had to use an abacus to figure out our projections and have to walk 30 miles in 6 feet of snow to get to our projections out there for all to see. You young whippersnappers have it too easy now a days with those dancing bananas :wall: and those benches :bench: its a travesty I tells ya, a travesty!

Where's a Commodore 64 when you need one?

Sometimes the lights all shinin on me;

Other times I can barely see.

Lately it occurs to me what a long, strange trip its been.

I've been a member since forever... it says I joined the same day as megla, but if I'm not mistaken, that was a re-do from the previous version of the forums.
