Peenie, these guys are yanking your chain (or don't know their PC's very well). If you have a speaker on your PC/Laptop, you'll be fine. Just hold the phone up to the speaker.

 

Then, left click on the START button, then click on (in order)

• Audio
  
• Sound Recording
  
• Then, play the voicemail and press "Record".

so her friend is a nice looking guy with a great body such that he's been approached by agents to model.

this weekend he was in the mall and some guy starts talking to him about modeling for oakley sunglasses and possibly some other company. they exchange numbers.

the guy calls him and leaves a voice mail. he laughingly asked me to listen to determine if i think it's a legit job.

gotvoice will do both. he's not around right now. my daughter said they'll stop by my lab this afternoon. so if it's not up by the end of the workday check in tonight! (unless gotvoice needs a 24 hr activation )

so i signed up for gotvoice and guess what?

it only puts new incoming voicemail into mp3.

i contacted customer support to see if it can put a saved message into that format.

(the message isn't worth all of this effort )

okay, so i got the voicemail downloaded to an mp3 saved on my desktop.

one more problem.

it has the guy's phone number at the end and i don't want to include that.

i'm afraid you guys will call that number.

how can i edit it and where do i put the mp3 so you guys can all hear it.

can you guys be helpful here? so far you all have done nothing to help me!
