This is the only thing I take away. I could care less if Obama speaks 54% and Romney 46% of the time or whatever, that is not what really matters. It's when the moderator tries to cut them off, or doesn't let them refute a point that actually matters. If Romney is getting less time and then has to try and interject either Obama or the moderator because of it to finish his point then he comes off bad as he is interrupting...but the problem is that he HAS to interrupt or else he would get even less speaking time than he already does.
