You are getting destroyed. You thought the IRS did nothing but delay some applications.

How many Tea Party applications are still "pending"?

Link to me saying that?

So far, you've been wrong about everything in this thread, I'm not surprised you're wrong about what I said, as well.

Was my link wrong that the IRS asked Tea Party groups for donor lists (against regulations) and the donors on that list were audited at 10X the national avg just after the IRS got that list?

You conveniently ignore the facts because it doesn't fit your narrative. You are treading into Newbie hack-zone.

Why did the IRS apologize to Tea Party groups for targeting them if none were denied? Seems to me they should have apologized to the one progressive group your link found. :D

So, it that your way of saying you were wrong about what I said?

I'm sure you're just as outraged over the progressive groups that were targeted, as well. Again...

Seems to me, you are the one changing the narrative, I asked for the number of groups targeted, and you brought a couple of links that had nothing. I give you links showing that the BOLO lists that were produced, also show that progressive groups were targeted as well, and now we get this sh!t, from you.

You argue like a 2nd grader...

yep, the IRS should not be used as a political arm of any administration to target anyone. Unfortunately for you and your position, they targeted conservative groups at a much higher number than liberal groups.

Still no comment on the IRS audits of Tea Party donors?

Not according to this graph. http://thinkprogress.org/politics/2014/04/23/3429722/irs-records-tea-party/ Feel free to bring any links to dispute it, if you wish.

Also, fee free to brings links on that claim as well. :)

Awesome post, Nuggs. That totally convinced me that I'm wrong.

Do you believe that the IRS conducts audits completely unbiased of political pressures?

If Nixon conducted his plans at arms length like smarter presidents it would have been no different than any other administration.

The actions were much less important than the coverup. President gets exposed as lying he loses credibility and gets impeached

Has anyone actually read the Exemption Requirements for 501c3/4?

http://www.irs.gov/Charities-&-Non-Profits/Other-Non-Profits/Types-of-Organizations-Exempt-under-Section-501©(4)

Would the tea party groups even qualify anyway?

OldMaid brings ThinkProgress links which claim that progressive groups were targeted more than tea party groups. At least, to their credit (or detriment), they linked to the detailed congressional report that debunked that tripe. If only OldMaid had read the links in her partisan links. :(

It said they were targeted longer. Reading... try it sometime.

Also, I think you missed the point of that linked report.

When you say you went to M.I.T., could that possibly stand for Mental Insitute for Tards?

:P

At MIT we only learn to read technical journals and to speak like Sheldon. But for grins, I'm referring to your first ThinkProgress link. There is no statement about progressives being targeted earlier than tea party. Only this:

Other types of groups received explicit scrutiny for longer than “progressive” or “Tea Party” organizations. These included applicants involved with “medical marijuana” but not “exclusively education” (19 appearances in the “watch list” section of the lists), which were to be forwarded to a “group 7888″ and groups believed to be possible successor-groups to ACORN, the now-shuttered Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (12 appearances on the “watch list” section). Those applications were also to be elevated to managers for further review. All 22 documents also flagged applicants with Puerto Rico addresses and certain types of “Testamentary Trusts.”

Guess we all can't design stripper poles into family rooms. :dunno:

He is a political hack...whether it devolves into namecalling or just buying 100% into the GOP talking points, that is what makes him a hack.

I don't recall devolving into the typical name calling you accuse me of. I bring opinions that I believe. Based on thought and reasoning and my political beliefs as a conservative thinking person.

You however have not. With me, anyway. You've basically called me a drunk GOP hack. I'm done. You win. I'll sit on the sidelines and keep my opinions to myself like a good American should do when it comes to matters not fitted in the mantra that liberals can do no wrong and those that differ with them are nothing more than the hack you make me out to be. Later!

"Thats because before May 2013, the IRS backed up emails only for six months on a tape, then recycled the tapes, so they essentially threw out the data. Many agencies do the same, transparency experts say."

From your politico article, what is a transparency expert and who are they?

This is the garbage clueless clowns like mike snuff and yourself bring to defend this administration, really ?

You know the fat guy at the airport security checkpoint with the box of donuts and coffee stain on his uniform who's always staring at the computer screen?

He's got a special camera that sees through clothes so he can investigate hidden packages all day.
