Philadelphia just passed it’s highest murder rate in 30 years.  Who needs bail and locking criminals up? Soros and his DA have it under control. On a side note, gun arrests are way up. Doesn’t mean much if you don’t prosecute them or let them right back out. They laugh. A Temple university 21 year old student was shot to death near his dorm over the weekend in a robbery.
