Trump just making america great some more...

Recommended Posts

Exports rose slightly and imports dropped sharply..... Did the consumer buy less OR is the USA producing the good, eliminating the need for the import?

And that is with the Left fighting and delaying everything. Do we have a full Cabinate yet?

Just think of where we would be without Socialist intervention.

Just saw a blurb on TV -

Trump's apparently blaming Obummer for this latest gas attack in Syria.

Blames him for being weak and not doing anything about the 'red line'.

THEN they showed Trump saying "don't do anything" - or whatever to Obama about Syria.

1) You're 3 months in, time to stop blaming everyone but yourself.

2) Just last week, you changed policy basically saying Assad is fine and dandy - and we'll do nothing about him. Think THAT didn't embolden him?

3) Get a focking memory, would ya? Geesus, dude seriously has dementia. Or at a minimum, lies so GAWDDAMN ALWAYS even HE doesn't take his own shiit seriously.

Really, I just want to strap this focker into a chair with a gag in his mouth and show him quick cuts of what he said on one thing, then show him saying the opposite in the next cut. At this point, it'd take about 4 days to get through all of it.

I think I speak for all of us on the left when I say that I am happy that Trump has done nothing so far to stop the economic momentum that Obama started 7 years ago or so. So don't say we never say anything positive.

at what? I'm dead serious. Trump hasn't done anything. Economic reactions take a while. They don't happen in a month or two. There's nothing happening economically that wouldn't be happening if Obama had a third term. Just more of the same as what we've been seeing for years.

So Obama is who we thank for timing the upswing on Nov. 9th making Trump looking so good?

Obama should take credit for a lot of this since Trump is looking great undoing Obama's fockups.

I remember America.

You know, when we didn't risk our finest's lives for weapons that didn't exist,

but damn sure, other countries knew there was shiit we just wouldn't tolerate.

When Evil was the enemy - not the guy on the other side of the aisle.

When Good wasn't relative - to be determined who spoke loudest and longest in a fog of hyperbole and overspeak.

Rather, good was unmistakable; moreover, and more importantly, it was our raison d'etre.

Now, Evil lobs bombs and we're so busy blaming each other, that Evil knows it won't be held accountable.

Like a child spoiling for attention by lighting the drapes on fire; Knowing full well that Mom and Dad will

be so busy yelling at each other for the inferno, that he or she will be nothing but a bit player in a drama that will never play itself out nor result in any good ever being accomplished.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions has ordered the Justice Department to review reform agreements the Obama administration made with police departments across the country, in the latest move to boost law enforcement morale and independence.

The new directive, as well as a bid to reconsider an agreement in Baltimore that former President Barack Obama's lawyers made, are signs the Trump administration is planning to scale back the number of investigations into law enforcement misconduct -- and revisit deals negotiated by the prior administration’s civil rights unit.

Sessions' memo demands the Justice Department review all its prior police reform agreements “including collaborative investigations and prosecutions, grant making, technical assistance and training, compliance reviews, existing or contemplated consent decrees, and task force participation in order to ensure that they fully and effectively promote the principles” of the new administration.

Some law enforcement groups are hailing the move, amid recent complaints that restrictions on police have emboldened criminals.

Led by cell phone imports from China, so definitely buying less. Does anyone make cell phones in the U.S.?

I saw that and am wondering if consumer confidence or lack of buyers is the reason we imported less as opposed to Trump policies or rhetoric. Just wanting to learn some more on this.

Per Donald Trump:

AGAIN, TO OUR VERY FOOLISH LEADER, DO NOT ATTACK SYRIA - IF YOU DO MANY VERY BAD THINGS WILL HAPPEN & FROM THAT FIGHT THE U.S. GETS NOTHING!

TrumpCo Now:

"Today's chemical attack in Syria against innocent people including women and children is reprehensible and cannot be ignored by the civilized world," Spicer told reporters. "These heinous actions by the Bashar al-Assad regime are a consequence of the past administration's weakness and irresolution."

Here's a collection of Trump's thoughts on acting against Syria:

Those reforms that Obama and Lynch came up with will only get people killed and produce more victims. That's what happens when you have an attorney general, the nations top cop, whose priority isn't law and order. Never mind the lightweight president.

The impending housing bubble is so focking obvious right now, it makes 2008 look stealthy.

If you're in a REIT, get the fock out yesterday.

He should try actually filling positions.

And the GOP controls both houses of congress...claiming the Dems for Trump not filling positions is pansy stuff.

Happy to see the trade deficit drop (as it did during the Obama admin)

Maybe if TrumpCo wasn't so focking BiPolar in it's policy. First, it was STAY OUT OF SYRIA! Then, last week:

Indicating a possible shift in US policy on the war in Syria from the days of the Obama administration, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said on a trip to Turkey that the "longer-term status of President Assad will be decided by the Syrian people."
And in New York, US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley was even stronger about the Trump administration's decision not to push for Assad's departure. "Our priority is no longer to sit and focus on getting Assad out," Haley told wire reporters Thursday, according to AFP.

"Do we think he's a hindrance? Yes," she said. "Are we going to sit there and focus on getting him out? No."

The official explained to CNN that the priorities of the administration now are not exclusively about Assad, but also defeating ISIS, stopping the spread of Iran's influence, protecting US allies in the region and trying to end the Syrian civil war.

If the US does definitively abandon the policy of requiring Assad's departure -- a position articulated by the Obama administration -- it would put its policy closer in line with Russia, which supports Assad, and at odds with allies in Europe and in Turkey, where Tillerson downplayed frictions that are already straining that alliance.
The comments drew heavy criticism from Sens. John McCain and Lindsey Graham, Republicans who have long advocated for an increased US military presence in Syria against Assad and his Russian allies.
"This overlooks the tragic reality that the Syrian people cannot decide the fate of Assad or the future of their country when they are being slaughtered by Assad's barrel bombs," Arizona's McCain said in a statement.

See I didn't take his comments as that. We obviously want him out of power. Not sure it's a good look if we just off him or create a military conflict.

I took it as in he wants the Syrian people to rise up and Saddam him, or Khadafi him....essentially wants the people to take care of it.
